    Thank you for the video! I have a question: If there's already a tool (SaaS) available for a specific function, what unique selling points can I highlight to market the SaaS that I plan to build to clients?

      I feel that sometimes businesses avoid new tools to maintain simplicity, professionalism, and effectiveness without adding too much fluff or tools to reorganize their work.

      Very good question. That is why you do not directly copy the tool. There are multiple strategies for this but these 4 work best - after seeing what worked for our clients: 1. Partner with an influencer who has an audience - people trust people and will buy what the influencer suggests. Give equity. Put his face onto it. Works well for more niched down markets. (but rather poor for large markets) 2. For any idea, find bad reviews on G2 and build what people are missing. (works every time. Although, sometimes you need to dig deeper than G2. Talk to people who use the product) 3. Niche down. Some of these companies are very broad market but miss out on niche markets. For example, Stripe now doesn't allow coaching businesses to use their platform. Build stripe for coaches and courses. 4. Build it in another location. This only works for businesses that are somehow bound to a location. For example, dog walking or freight transport marketplace. Clone them and target other geographies. Combining these works best.

      "I feel that sometimes businesses avoid new tools to maintain simplicity, professionalism, and effectiveness without adding too much fluff or tools to reorganize their work." Yes and no. Everyone started using chatgpt. (I know it is a very generalistic example, but stick with me) Why? Because it is a 10X improvement over anything else. Another example - more tangible - a big social club with 50+ locations was using google sheets for their internal management and are now transitioning to airtable + monday. Why? because is will cut their costs. Just be smart about what you do and try to make it 10x.

    Thanks for the tutorial. Thanks for giving us a walk-through of the native engine. Is Bubble allowing beta users to deploy to the Apple and Play Store? If so, how much is the mobile native pricing plan, or do they charge on the current available plans?

    • @themarkvasilyev
      @themarkvasilyev 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      It is allowed, right now it is at standard pricing of bubble. But they did mention that they will adjust this in the future

    Thanks for the tutorial, guy. If I've built my app using the mobile responsive engine that we were all using, what's the best way to get it into the new native engine? Can we copy and paste elements or use the web view elements, or should we just rebuild it from scratch?

    • @themarkvasilyev
      @themarkvasilyev 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Based on my experience, you will need to rebuild most of it from scratch because the elements used are different

    • @themarkvasilyev
      @themarkvasilyev 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      However, you can use "web view" component to make life a bit simpler

    • @kagisolegoale9136
      @kagisolegoale9136 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thanks. I guess we could copy and paste the workflows and rebuild the elements.
