Now undergoing a major restructuring, this site is an iconic feature of Dublin architecture. It is the former Bank of Ireland HQ and one of the few 20th Century buildings to have protected structure status.
To facilitate this rejuvenation, engineers JJ Campbell & Associates carried out enabling works. The site consists of three structures, this biggest of which is Block A, at 11 floors. Main Columns and core walls were removed and a temporary steel frame inserted.
Once complete, “Miesian Plaza” will be one of the finest developments on the Dublin Market - providing Grade A office accommodation.
