What is the highest dead key on an XL 1000 that should be used

I have the same radio it lights up and no transmit or receive I put new finals. regulator , and audio chip. does not key up. Got any ideas. or know anyone that can fix it. I an in the KY state. thanks.

I have been dealing with this crap for years. I hate e bay.

Unfortunately, you are wasting your time with E-Bay because no matter what you do or say you will never win. I sold a cobra 142 in mint condition to a buyer and he claimed he wanted his money back just because he changed his mind so E-Bay immediately refunded him, and when I asked E-Bay that he needed to send me the radio back before I pay or reimburse E-Bay for the money they sent back. E-Bay told me it is up to me to reach out to the buyer. When I tried reaching out to the buyer, the buyer just would not send The Radio back. in vain I struggled with E-Bay about this situation but E-Bay canceled my account because I did not pay them back the money that they paid the buyer buyer according to E-Bay has buyer protection plan. To this day I have my account canceled and I am not able to do any posting or buying on eBay And they are still sending account collectors my way trying to get a measly $250 back. They can pound sand for all I care. Sorry for the long post but I just hate to see you waste your time. By the time you end up paying a lawyer for litigation, you may win a battle, but you’ll lose the war
