Is she bigger or smaller than Reflection?? Loved Reflection and Celebritys treatment throughout as to why we booked Alaska with them. Prior to that we were loyal to MSC, mainly because theyre Italian and I can talk to them in my native tongue but Seashore was a ship that they rushed and was truly disappointed!!
The Summit is smaller than the Reflection. We have sailed on both and like them for different reasons! Summit is the perfect ship for Alaska because there will be less people.
I will be aboard her in 19 days!!! Cant wait!!!

What’s this place called?
This was in Big Horn National Forest, right outside of Buffalo, WY. It was a great spot, easy access and plenty of cell service!
Cat Ba Island has some cool and interesting story about the Vietnam war, the Hospital Cave Cat Ba was awesome to explore. Wife and I stayed in Cat Ba Island for 2 nights, got a motorbike and explored it!
Wow, we would have loved more time on the island! We heard there are a lot of neat hikes too.

Yes! Ha Long Bay is a bay in the Gulf of Tonkin which is part of the Pacific Ocean. You’d never know it though because the water is so flat!

We never ended up needing them, but I think water resistant sneakers with a good grip is definitely the way to go!

Renting a car was the best way to spend our day in Ketchikan! I’ve pasted the link to google maps below for the water fall, it looks like it is also listed as “hidden waterfall” (lol) I do remember it being a couple hundred feet off from the map, but there will be a place to pull over and park at the water fall. Hey guys! I’m sailing on Serenade in 9076 which is directly above this cabin. I was wondering if the sounds of the elevator and the centrum can be heard in your room?
If there are events in the centrum in the evenings, some of the noise does carry. However, if you call Guest Services there is a fire door they can close that fully blocks the noise! After calling, they closed it every night for us. And we couldn’t hear the elevators at all 🙂 I hope that’s helpful, happy cruising!

Any US phone plan should work in the main city! There will be little to no service for any carrier on the outskirts or when hiking. Enjoy!

You took a big chance drinking that water. Virtually all lake, stream, river etc have a parasite known as giardia. Would make you pretty sick for several days.

We did not have a suite night reward or get upgraded. However, we absolutely loved this room and being a king we had a corner room which is larger than normal!

I wonder if they’ve changed their tours because I think we were on the glacier 30-45 minutes! 20 minutes might feel quick, but it’s still worth the experience if that better fits your budget!!!

Great video. When you guys first boarded did you go right to your muster station?
Every cruise line does it different and it can even vary by ship! But Celebrity had us watch a video before boarding on our phones and then we immediately checked in at the muster station after boarding. It was so convenient!
