@justinlassiter_ Thank you for that. It's all good. 265 bench, 415 trap bar deadlift, 350 conventional deadlift, 200 seated OHP. Been a long time since I tried this exercise. It will humble you though. Whoever made this video is not dumb.

Sort of depends, it’s still good to count for tracking progressif you’re doing a weight you STRUGGLE WITH, (like when you move up in weight to progressively overload), but if you’re getting used to it then yes, go to failure don’t stop yourself prematurely when you got more in you

This seems good, but it is also stupid. This can get you injured but i see what you mean. My personal reccomendation is to add more reps to make sure you do more when you feel the burn, but obviously not to only start counting them then because then that would be too many.
many people perform reps until failure, and that is the most optimal way to build muscle. If you get injured somehow, it’s your form, not the rep range

@@-Clarence- real failure mean you can’t do anymore rep with the perfect form. If you swing your dumbell around then that is not even failure anymore. Anyone who count reps is small asf. Only thing I you need to care is how much you can do with a weight. I can do 12 rep with 16kg on each arm so I increase to 18kg and do 8 rep everyday until I can do 12 rep with 18 kg. The point is to get stronger, not fckin count who can do the most rép.
Yeah no will help with general knee pain but if ur a high impact sport athlete u need plyos

Word...i end up with ill health of i carry extra fat so i wont have it. I binge eat i move on. Its a bad habit i want no part in. I got osteoporosis amd cancer scares twice drom extra weight so not welcome. Im 36 kilo pathetic but muscle weights fine.

Honestly, I really enjoy working out. I can't really explain why I don't stick to it. I love the feeling of a pump, and even the soreness makes me feel more alive.
That is why I work out once a week, not once a day. You dont have to work 3/4/5 times a week to feel good and be healthy. That training plans is designed to change, growth, for hobby. To be healthy just eat healthy everyday, use bike, run upstairs, walk to shop instead of driving and give that bones of yours some heavy weight once a week.

You have said you got your body fat tested, was it with a DEXA scan? If not, you are likely off by multiple percentage points. 7% is very very close to stage ready for bodybuilders, and no offense to you but unless you are carrying literally no fat in your legs and glutes, there is no way you are 7%. Look up any dexa confirmed 7% bf physiques and you will see that they are insanely lean. You are really lean and looking great, but I would estimate more like 10-11 bf percentage.
Says to cut out junk, which is important for overall health and bloodwork and stuff like that, but honestly you can eat junk and still get abs as long as your deficit stays intact. The issue most people have is that they eat a little junk and then just binge eat even more junk, wiping out their deficit. If you have the willpower to be able to only eat a certain amount of junk without going over your deficit then go ahead.

Why would you train everyday that’s just plain bad advice
Its only an hour a day, and you dont have to go hard every single day. You can do a 4 high intensity lifts throughout the week and mix in 30 min running in the morning and afternoon on the other days. And take rest days if you have to. Its not bad advice
