Ms. Haskin, I attended Peabody with Lloyd Arriola. He was a dear friend and colleague. We did some work together in the opera department. He told me when he conducts his first Porgy that I would be his Porgy. I was looking forward to that. News of his passing was such a shock, especially for someone so vibrant and talented. Thank you for your heartfelt tribute to our dear friend, Lloyd!!

I knew her when she was just a sprout in Wichita and was the understudy for Babila in Amahl and the Night Visitors (hee hee). "there's my hamburger helper". Outside of the Miller Auditorium she was lamenting that she never got the parts she wanted because she wanted to sing the part of The Mother in Amahl. She was pretty amazing as Donna Anna (even tho she wanted to sing Donna Elvira) and as The Mother in Hansel and Gretel. Shocker girl does good. Go Tammy

Andrew Greenwood has an incredible voice. I just saw him perform this afternoon and his expressive voice sailed over the orchestra, easily filling the 1000 seat theatre. Im a sucker for a rich baritone voice and this guy gets me everytime!
