I was using few things: 1. Amulet of Kvasir. It's a talisman that allows you to slow down time when you dogde an attack at the last second. It's very useful for granting you an opening to break the Valkyries out their "Valhalla" stomp attack. Sigrún is silent when she does it but Göndul & Róta always shout "Vahalla" when they do it. Upgrading the talisman extends the realm shift (the slowdown) as the game calls it. In new game+, you can change the talisman into an enchantment after fully upgrading it. I was using it as an enchantment in this fight. The talisman is located on either the left or right beach in Alfheim. There's a chest in a cave & the chest is locked by those elvish, pink vines. You have to solve a timed puzzle in order to unlock the chest. You can re-acquire it after turning it into an enchantment in a restarted new game+. I'm pretty sure that the game doesn't let you automatically keep the original talisman once you turn it into an enchantment. On an indirectly related note, you can also turn the benefits of certain armor sets into enchantments after fully upgrading the armors in new game+. (Costs a lot!) 2. Talisman of the Realms. You get it for defeating one the Valkyries. Kara. Just use it like any other talisman, L1 + circle. Upgrading it extends the realm shift. 3. Glowing Gem of the Nine. It's an enchantment that gives you a very low perk activation chance to slow down time on any successful hit. You can get it in Muspelheim.
