This was so helpful! I am 53 and went WFPB 3 years ago when I read meat and dairy can make the blood acidic and calcium comes out of your bones to neutralize it. I had a Dexa scan in February of 2023 and I have osteoporosis. My numbers are really bad.

Can this help the damage from type 2 diabetes and what if i dont have a gallbladder
I can do the exercise and healthy lifestyle parts But I'm worried about the estrogen and hormone replacement part, it seems like hormone replacement is recommended for almost everything but I don't know if it's something that's going to be affordable for me in the future, in with the uncertainty about what's going to happen next year I'm already starting to make a budget for low income osteoporosis nutrition and I don't know if I'll be able to continue buying my supplements because they're getting more expensive ðĨðĨ I'm definitely worried about prices getting worse next year I've already been doing my osteoporosis on a budget, I've already cut back on some supplements and foods but Next year if things get more expensive I don't know how much more I'm going to have to cut out but is there alternatives for people who can't afford hormone replacement? I'm not in menopause or perimenopause but it is something I'm very very scared of in the future since I already have osteoporosis now

I have Barrettâs and take Nexium 40 mg daily. My bones are very weak. HX: breast cancer, chemo and radiation in 1999. Afterwards I discovered I had osteopenia and my doctor didnât advise me. A few yrs. later, LI burst along with multiple lumbar fractures. Iâve had a shoulder arthroplasty, and recent right hip arthroplasty. I had a reclast infusion in 2010, Forteo for 2 years and presently I receive a prolia inj. every 6 months. I need your help, Dr. Iâm Iâm receiving here in AZ. My PCP advised me to take calcium byphosomate 250 mg daily.
