Thank you. I disagree tho in the vibe you are describing about the meeting between Halley and Newton. First, Newton pretended he couldn't find the derivation of the inverse square law. The reason for this is that Halley told him that the motivation of his visit was his previous intellectual chat with Wren and Hooke, the second being the intellectual arch-rival of Newton, who knew that if he passed to Halley a draft of the proof, Haley was going to show it to Hook, giving him the chance to build upon it and polish the proof and claim it to be his own. Second, you say that Halley said "show me the proof, give it to me", it couldn't possibly happen in this forceful way, as Halley knew Newton was a very irritable man and any hint of imposition towards Newton would be mostly unwelcome. Halley had to be incredibly diplomat and tactful to make Newton agree to mail him a proof, which he did 8 months latter, not the Principia itself, but a document called "On the Motion of Bodies in Orbites" describing elliptical orbits of planets around the sun as a consequence of the inverse square law of gravitation (In this point you are very much right, that gravity as a concept didn't exist then yet, so scientist were referring to it by a different name) then Halley realized that Newton had made a mayor contribution, and he decided to finance the publication of the Principia from his own pocket

And spread your hate somewhere else. In Brihad-Parashara-Hora-Shastra, it is written "when a planet is eclipsed by Sun, it is in kopa avastha" (one among diptadi avastha), They knew when mercury & venus appear direct and retrograde (in between Sun & earth is retrograde) and behind the sun is always direct (kopa avastha), so they knew planets revolve around the sun.

Please apply this to the flat planes of Vedic cosmology and stop trying to make it fit into the heliocentric model

If an solar eclipse is from the 2160 mile wide moon occulting the Sun how can it only cast a 70 mile wide shadow along the path of totality? It can't. No, you are misunderstanding, when we say the moon doesn't rotate on its axis, we mean it still circles the earth in a circle but does not spin on its own access as it rotates the circle, ie: it is tidal locked to our planet. It is like if you put a coin on a spinning vinyl record, the coin will rotate the center of the record but it will not spin on its own access, and from the center of the record, the same side of the coin would always be visible.

The giant obvious lie is that earth is a spinning ball that's revolving around the 🌞 that's nonsense. Anyone who has eyes can look up at night and see that is not the case... You cannot see the same 12 constellations all year long, with the polestar dhruvaloka in the exact same spot, night after night year after year, if your spinning on your "axis" simultaneously wobbling and spinning AND revolving around the sun.. You would see 360° one half of the year you would see into the Milky Way Galaxy, the other half your would see outwards away from the Milky Way, into "intergalactic" space. No earth is a stationary plane just as the vedas and every other scripture tells us it is. And that has been proven scientifically. Unlike the fake so called scientists with their "666ft of curvature per mile " and their "66.6°" of tilt, etc etc etc it's all a big con game, just like govt to keep you fooled and mentally imprisoned as well as physically.
