Lately, I’ve been struggling with a hiccup of lower back pain. Saturday 10/02/21, I pushed myself to get up and tidy up as much as I could. The wet spot on my shirt is from laying on an ice pack to help with the pain. It wasn’t easy but recording myself helped and it’s nice/encouraging to look back at it too.
