The easiest way to get more runic strength overall is to make sure that you have a full barbarian armor set and there're also several items that you can be able to use inside the necklace that you can be able to upgrade to give you more runic strength as well.

Yeah 60 vigor is the max for right now if you want the most gains out of the vigor bonuses after 60 the increases are negligible at best

But with that you can always go over 60 vigor if you really want to

There are also trinkets/accessories that can make it so that you can be able to cast spells faster for long cast times

I have several pillows and bean bag chairs and other things that they can be to lay on even beds for them but nine times out of 10 they always want to lay with me when I'm getting ready for bed
