Wow all the signs and lights in Tokyo are a trip. I loved the food, but some of the crowds and people were kind of a turn off. I think next time I'd go to a smaller town or village. Hi Jourdan , is Ted’s Bakery selling the pies to the stores ? We were on holidays there last year in May and read that there was a starch shortage and TB couldn’t supply the the stores with his product. He didn’t want to sacrifice quality with a substitute. He had enough starch supply to keep his own shop producing the high quality products. I’m coming back this year in Oct for 14 days and was hoping to get some pies in Honolulu ! We did get up to TB and had some pies ! Oh man , we loved the Lilikoi slice over the Chocolate Haupia slice 😋 Cheers Rod
