Luna had her weekly check. She recently lost her vision due to Distemper but the vet is optimistic that she will gain her vision back. Today she’s feeling down, I’m trying to stay positive but me and her are so connected that we feed off of each other so I need to keep my energy positive and hopeful.

I adopted Luna almost 2 months ago. She weighed 12kg and was severely anemic and malnourished. I didn’t realize she was sick when I took her and discovered she had distemper. She has passed through the first stage of this terrible disease and a week ago suffered from vision loss. She is blind now but doing amazing. She’s a fighter and has a will to live. Luna has been diagnosed with Distemper and oficially went blind. I'm not sure if it's permanent yet but in the meantime we are taking it day by day and Luna is doing amazing.

Luna tested positive for distemper but she is slowly recovering and surviving the disease. Her vision is getting worse but she is still keeping to her routine and learning to run outside!
