Hello from Mid central OHIO. I am a single father of 4 beautiful and wonder children. 1 daughter who is 19 years old and 1 daughter who is 18 years old . 1 son who is 12 years old and 1 son who is 9 years old. Right now since the Divorce ( 2 years ago ) I am stuck in a 1963 10 by 50 mobile home in a mobile home park. But we are looking to buy another homestead. We want to raise. Goats. Chickens and perhaps a pig and cow. And grow a big garden and have a big green house and live more from the land.

Shed to House TINY HOME Electrical Problems
What about water heater?
Thank you for your informative video. I’m wondering if you leave the inside taps in the ON position after the antifreeze or if you close them?
How much does that cost to have it done
If you “don’t care” , why are you stirring the pot?
Thank you for showing that trailer! That is an awesome home. I would totally live there!
You're almost as entertaining as watching paint dry or watching grass grow.
Awesome video,,I wish I had a handyman to teach me about & work on my mobile home,,mainly things like this that I can't see ❤ thx 4 sharing
Do they or would they rent this?
That’s a bad roof and going to be hell to seal it off with out 5/6 coats 😊
2 story rv. It's not a mobile home. There are multiple videos on youtube. Hopefully you can watch a few for inspiration before remodeling it for the owner.
Try turning the flash on, sure hope you get better at filming your all over the place,,,makes it hard to watch!
It's sad that they took the original appliances out. My grandparents had an old round top refrigerator from the 50's. My grandfather had repaired it several times to keep up to date and working. He still had it in 2010. I have seen others like this. I believe that those are really campers as you could tag them and pull them anywhere. I've been thinking about building my own with an upper floor like that.
Ur a fucking retard what the fuck u didn't show anything but cleaning the head light.what kind of bullshit is that.u didn't show anything about the switch coming off or going on thanks for waisting my motherfucking time u dick head
They probably put the bathroom before the bedroom so your guests don't walk through your bedroom to use bathroom
Nice tour! Always liked vintage mobile homes and the 2 story models are rare. Never knew there was an escape hatch. Good thing because although I love these old classics they can burn in minutes.
Hi I too like looking at double decker org mobile homes,, Found 1 on Ben’s Campers
I haven't read all the comments below so hope I'm not repeating. The Pacemaker, the Ventoura and the Smoker were top of the line mobile homes back in the day; the day being after WWII, Roosevelts infrastructure had the economy booming but there was a severe housing shortage which saw the advent of the subdivisions for the returning GI's eager to start families. GI's could go to college to become professionals or work in construction building highways, dams and other infrastructure projects. During the war they began building little trailers to house service men and eventually they grew larger to house families. So it was only 1 step away to make them even bigger so that returning soldiers could follow the high paying construction jobs. In the beginning there was a tiny living room and kitchen a walk through bedroom that generally had bunk beds but some times had a full bed with built in drawers beneath and the plumbing would be inside under the middle bedroom beds and into the bathroom. generally the whole wall across from the middle bedroom would be closet space with the heating vents across the floor. Then you would have the bathroom with a back door usually across from it and a back bedroom that housed the master bed. Teh walk trhough bedroom sometimes had 3 bunks- one almost on the floor, one above it and another across the width of the room overlapping the top bunk, so that one child's feet would be under the cross ways bed (submarine style). these trailers were permanent homes for these families for years. Trailer parks sprang up to accommodate these families. Eventually they began to build bigger and more elaborate mobile homes and bigger and nicer parks, until trailer park living became a luxury. Some of these mobiles, like this Ventoura, cost more than a stick house in the suburbs and the parks were country clubs. Lawyers and Doctors bought these homes, usually adding a cabana type front where they could relax in their covered patios. There was very little maintenance needed for these homes and landscaped walkways, multiple swimming pools, tennis courts and even gold courses kept the affluent well entertained. People in the 50's weren't obsessed with possessions, they wanted to socialize around the park barbeques and pools. The ventoura you are looking at had twin beds in the little back bedroom. they would have been cot sized to allow room to move around them. the little closet did house the hotwater heater. There was indeed a wall around the bathroom. The first bedroom up the stairs would have a full size mattress, but it could also have two separate mattress's for kids to share and came with a short ladder so the kids could climb into the bed. if the kids were small, there was an optional railing that could be installed across the room so they didn't fall out of bed. the larger room was the master bedroom. all the bedrooms had pocket doors that could be closed and there was a pocket door across the bottom of the stairs was well. This was not a travel trailer, there were not tanks; this was meant for permanent hookups and long term stays, but could still be easily relocated. Like the pull our clothes rack, these homes were way ahead of the times with their accommodations. I lived in a 45' Homewood for many years. We had a large living room and kitchen. the large windows let in lots of light and the triple side windows cranked open to catch a breeze from any direction. Having the pluming inside on the floor meant you didn't have to worry about the pipes freezing under the house. Our hot water heater was 30 gallons and sat in the dead space in the corner under the kitchen counter between the stove and sink. Almost all of those old homes had lovely wooden valences above the large windows and sometimes had lighting behind them. We have a built in knickknack shelf in the corner between the living room and kitchen and the small dinette sat against the wall across from the sink. the design of all of these homes pretty much followed this pattern. In the walkthrough bedroom there was a built in dresser with a window and it could also be used as a desk. The high end trailers (that was before the label 'mobil' varied only in the arrangement of bedrooms and were brilliantly designed. when they went from 8 wide to 10 wide, most of these luxury homes added a second bathroom upstairs. But there was a Pacemaker 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home that was an 8 wide and it was stunning. We also at one time owned a 1 bedroom-I have forgotten the name but it was a top of line trailer, 28 feet long with stunning woodwork. My daughter had one with lovely art deco features and curved walls though out. I have a 1943 Silver Dome sitting in my yard, ready for restoration. Nearly all these homes had lovely birch paneling and I am searching for the right shade to replace some water damaged wood, and the skin has separated in the back corner. It has a perfect bathroom with a tiny tub for the kids and top of the line glass front cabinets a perfect little gas stove and Coldspot refrigerator. I hope to get it ready to be pulled by our 1948 chevy truck for the 2025 Hot August nights festival in Reno.
Wow you are a vast bank of knowledge. Thank you so much for the comment. I would love to see your collection. I have a fascination with the history of the old mobile homes. Thank you so much.
Nice bathroom! Looking forward to seeing what you do with the shed-to-house.
Great Price! Wonder 🤔 how long its Guaranteed for?
Dude nothing but positive I actually like it it works really good 👍

I guess KoolSeal is better than aluminum roof coating?
Related to neil degrasse tyson?
Sorry about that glad you dodged a bullet. The way you talk about your children is refreshing you seem to be a very good father. Always considering their personal space and safety as you put content out into the public eye. Good job Sir!
That is great. Summer house no way, most people just want a house. That would be so cool.
Just don’t ever wear flip flops on a roof. He’s setting a terrible example.
Foil tape and Kool seal
Never like Lowes, have always gone to Home Depo. God bless.😊
Glad you are ok! Was worried about you with the storm a few weeks ago.
The tornado hit about 5 blocks from us. We are good though. Thanks for thinking of us.
Lowes has been poor quality for several years. I go to Home Depot instead.
As far as the fret sprout, Use a very small file & a sanding sponge. I got a very small file set from a home improvement store & i use it on frets to fix fret sprout. On the accoustic, what about filing the nut to lower the action just a bit?
When you let go of the strings, i can hear the buzzing get louder. I am wondering if it is a grounding issue (maybe the ground wire isnt making a good connection) or maybe it is that the pick-up's are not wax potted. Just heat up some wax & dip the pick ups into the wax. Id be ready to purchase new pick ups & also, id dip the pick ups in such a way as to not get the wax on the face of the pick up's. I love HSH guitars & none of my guitars give feedback like that ebay Glarry. I know they are sold on amazon... i just ordered a Ktaxon for $69 plus 20 S/H... If its horrible, it will get returned! Im considering ordering a burning fire & adding either a 2 post vibrato/trem or a floyd. I can tell you that the pick ups in your Glarry's need wax potted! Just keepnin mind that wax potting the pick ups will change their sound! The feedback is due to no wax potting. You can use thread tape on the thread's of the whammy bar to tighten it up. Idk if your running extention chords but, dip the pick ups in wax but be prepared to replave them.if needed.
Husband and I both wondered how you and family fared through the bad storms. When the weather guy said Indian Lake in Ohio. You came to mind. Please do a video if you can soon. Take care. Be Blessed
Isn’t that antifreeze coming out of the pipes? I heard they fill them with antifreeze
Tuck Frumpers
Hope you are OK! Just watching the news about the storms last night.

Patch wet dri , Roofers choice RC15, Then Elastomeric.....
Going to try the textured technique in my 12x32 tiny home. Thanks Rick. ❤ from Tennessee!!!
Awesome take a video and let me know how it works out. IT'S REALLY EASY.
Not a lover of textured walls, hard to paint. Lol😊
Hi Rick!! This is a cool texture technique. Where did your stepmother learn to do this?? And my guess for paint color is maroon/burgundy?
We lived in a house when I was growing up that had textured walls. I think she learnt there doing touch ups.
Do you have a video showing how you texture the osb wall?
I have one coming out soon. Maybe tomorrow.
I found you so glad I did I enjoy your work and videos your home will be beautiful iknow your traitor sure was tyfs hugs
I actually like textured walls. They hide lots of imperfections. Somebody before me tore off wallpaper in my bathroom & made a mess of it. Texturing is perfect for that. Love the boy's rooms. Looks great!
Yes texturing does hide aloy of imperfections. I don't mind texturing at all.
Why do you use OSB for the interior walls and ceilings? Texturing walls and ceilings are out dated. You seem to be pretty handy , drywall would look much better.
Drywall is too brittle. If I ever decide to make this a rental I won't have the problem of someone punching a hole in the wall. And YES textured walls are Dated BUT this whole house is textured and it would look funny with one room with smooth walls. And last but not least ( I CAN'T DO DRYWALL FINISHING ) And make it look good.
I think most it is just made up entertainment to get clicks.....
Ever fix that guitar for your boy?
Honestly the build quality and material quality of the acoustic was so bad the guitar was not even worth fixing. It's just a wall hanger.
@@generalvlogvideo1948 I feel really bad he wasted his money on it.
