I am interested with Law and Forensic Science. The US Probation Officer, Pre Sentencing Unit sounds great until you have to " defend " a sexal assult case . Basically stating be ause of the persons upbringing... How do you all stay unbiased?

Probationary officers are all talk. Monitor thier calls, record them and keep in mind you can file a report on them if your rights are violated. They can't make up laws for you to follow nor can they charge you.
