    The hand pressure point for sure, just because it's easy for myself. Plus the dates, meditations, visualisation, positions and movements, preparing on all possible layers. Not obsessed, but just relaxed and consicious. Now 48 weeks (cryptic pregnancy), still feeling awesome. Just trusting life, baby and body dancing together at the right moment. Just follow your instincts, not anyone elses. Life will show you the way. For all reading this, you already be an awesom parent!! Blessings and love!

    You gave acupressure information. Not acupuncture. The two are very different and it's important to know the difference if you want to use it for labor.

      Baby will come when they are ready, but you can do a few things to prepare your body for birth so when they are ready it can go a bit smoother. This video above gives my best tips!

      check with your doctor but most low-risk pregnancies can begin these methods at 37 weeks, when baby is full-term!

    now 39 n 6 days, my last i.e. was the 23rd and my ob said my cervix was already soft and I'm 1cm. hopefully tomorrow, there's a change with my cm.

      @@patriciacannon4242 i gave birth at 40wks as far as i remember. It was late already. My baby pooped inside as i was trying to give it a push for him to go out (i was still 8cm) but in the end, i birthed him via emergency C-section
