Hahaha tbh it was a great motor. Never failed me
Hey Now
Good stuff great work
That's some good looking bikes, Tan. Kudos. Just an fyi on the 212 : Red Beards Garage showed porting the head and some ratio-rockers that'll give you the grunt you want without draining the bank. Looking forward to more when you have time. happy trails ;)
@@bryduhbikeguy Thanks bro. I'll probably do that when i get around to it.
How did you mount you seat on that frame ?
@@gerestevenson4484 Took the banana seat, took off the clamp mount, cut down the seat tube to my liking, then drilled a hole at the height I wanted. Then i took some aluminum stock and made some stanchions to go down to my frame and used some bike rack clamps to secure those. Thats basically it.
I was impressed with your 3D printed velocity stack for Jarrod and how quickly you you turned it. Looking forward to seeing your future projects.
Sounds good
Very nice pole 😮
@@Mike-GreaseMonkey pull you mean?

Good luck with the printer Tan. You'll get it. Try the 'button/pencil eraser' to get what I forgot too, Not X and Y, but Depth. which I 'll have to look at the programs to find. Sheesh.Sorry bud. I totally forgot that axis. (Shhhh. They call me Duh..for,..uhh..It may be dain bramage..:)
Thanks for the ride.
Thought I'd pop over and give your sight a Thumbs Up for the numbers. Later Tan.
Any second I get out of work soon
Are you going live around 8 tonight?
Hey Tan, I really like your videos man, I do have a question tho, If I mix more oil in my minarelli hybrid would that prevent cold siezures. I was thinking about 1:28 or 1:25. Its a fried's build. He sold me his old engine, basically an unopened pk80. So I'm working on that. Thanks in advance man and keep it going
Hey bro, thanks for the support, you have no idea what it means to me. The problem with those iron minarelli's is that the bore is too tight for the piston, so when it heats up it will seize. If I understand your issue, you need to hone the cylinder a little to allow for more tolerance for heat expansion. Other than that I would recommend upgrading to an aluminum cylinder kit (an Athena or even MXS) so you wont have to deal with the cheaper cylinder problems like what you have. The Athena cylinder kit is actually a really great starting point for hybrid motors since you don't have to do anything to it, and it makes great power out of the box. Let me know if you have any other questions!
@TanBoiIndustries thanks a lot man. I'm prototyping an expansion chamber optimized specially for bicycle engines. I saw that dragonfly has made something before me, but I will try and sell mine for around 45 bucks at most. I am from Europe so I don't know how the shipping will be. Do you know a motorized bike discord server or something. And again thanks a lot for the info. When I make one of my expansion chambers I will probably send it to you for testing. Keep it up man
@@SGmotorsport9590 I've got a server actually. I can also link you the bigger MB related servers. I definitely wish you good luck with the pipes and let me know when you get that prototype done. discord.gg/3JPBvGsAxg
@TanBoiIndustries thanks a lot man
Allot of info packed in this.Thnx. Dang good looking bike. Looks tough enough to survive ripping down Michigan roads even. Don't think you'd be able to produce kids after riding on that seat here though. ;) Don't know why,but this is just the 2nd vid YT has sent me from you.Shilly sits.
Hahahah thats great. Our roads suck too. Watch all the vids!
Cool motorcycle
your gopro quality sucks mate
@@trentbikes you sold it to me MATE
@TanBoiIndustries at least I don't have to deal with that shit camera anymore. Dji camera for life
@@trentbikes its really not bad idk what ur tripping about
@TanBoiIndustries you'll see. In the winter the gopro would freeze up and I had to reboot multiple times. It didn't support superview in 4k60fps, only lower than 4k or 30fps. Camera is ok, but just not satisfied with it
@@TanBoiIndustries don't worry, I don't come to YT and expect 4-8k on every video unless it's for ufos, quality was good for me
Hell yeah sounds sweet man

@@Cyber70cc Thank you bro, it is!
Good show Tan Boi. Thanks
@@Cavemanmechanic Yessir. These are always fun
what was the idea behind the name of it? Theres already scooters and mopeds branded Piaggio.
Well for this bike I kinda never really ironed out a name for it, so its been back and forth between whatever cylinder is on it, or just "the race bike". But its a Stage 6 Piaggio cylinder. So for example I could call it my "piaggio race bike", "the race bike", or even just "piaggio bike". Basically whatever comes to my mind first lol.
Deja Vu.. See you next visit.
@@bryduhbikeguy haha yessir
what do you think about the "banana" exhaust ?
@@stefanconstantin2540 I absolutely hate them lol. They're maybe 1% better than stock.
@@TanBoiIndustries damn, I wanted to buy it too . Thanks !
@@stefanconstantin2540 u can always try making custom banana pipe from like 125cc dirtbike for me it made my engine powerfull to that point that slight gas increase makes me to fall down from bike and top speed from 37mph increased to 47mph
@@thewaffle3945 should I put a 125 cc exhaust or did I understand wrong?
@@stefanconstantin2540 to mine engine ive put 125cc yamaha dirt bike banana pipe had to cut it and weld it so it fits perfectly but sounds and runs lot better than stock exhaust Idk if there are below 125cc dirt bike pipes but u can always go and try for urself
I don’t see why you don’t have move subs it’s weird

Nice ride, Bro. Thought i was subbed. WTH YT, Just subbed again. I'm planning on building an Athena top-end for my felt faker gas frame.
Thanks for the sub bro. The Athena's are a great way to go for a starter scooter hybrid build. Paired with a vm20 and a balanced crank they can become a very well rounded and powerful machine!
Thanks for the video 😊
Your construction of bike looks so clean and powerfull. Wery Nice work man.
@@boubik1984 Thank you bro. Means a lot.
Any reliable transmissions out there for even higher top speed without changing the rear sprocket? Just wondering. Hoping to build a bike soon myself for a daily driver.
I havent found any, and the shift kits I wouldnt trust. You could do a 212 to a custom lawnmower transmission but you'd need a lot of frame space which i doubt any stock bike frame you could find would have.
What cylinder head do you have?
