maybe you use a different textures of pabric for wiping it, so it's leaving an marks. and as i said on the video never use an alcohol, beter use a soft and cotton pabrics that can dried the liquid, if you use a silk pabrics definitely it will leave a marks..

as i instructed on the video I'd never use a alcohol, just a dry cotton pabrics, if the stains didn't removed? you can used water but not an alcohol

there's a possibilities that the ram installed have dirts, just try to remove the ram and clean the bronze contact with eraser, then put it back again .. if the display still not shows on the laptop screens? try to replace the ram,

there's a lot of parts on the laptop that can possibly malfunctioning when incomes of NO DISPLAY problems,, but you can try step by step troubleshooting, first focus on the MEMORY (RAM) and second is the LCD screen, and the worst is if the Chipset that Soldered on the laptops motherboard is the main Problems.

so if you're already tried replacing the RAM, then test the LCD but it's Still no display .. there's a possibilities that the Motherboard or maybe The Bios is corrupted, that causing the No Display problems.

bro maybe the other 4gb ram are Built-in Ram.. It means it is Soldered on the motherboard,. that's why there's only 1 free slots that visible and available for you to Upgrade, either you Installed another 4gb or much better an 8gb single sticks MEMORY (RAM)
