Tried the new Auto Shift device from the new Ableton Live 12 beta release. It makes my vocal attempts more or less listenable to me :)

Testing the new devices in Live 12. Roar works fine, but Meld doesn't allow me to transpose oscillators in octaves. Overall, I like how they sound, but the new firmware a bit more buggy than the last one

Step recorder is a nice little step sequence Max For Live device that I made for my Ableton Push 3 Standalone, but it should work with all Push versions and also with any other midi controllers. It records notes directly into an Ableton clip in the selected slot, so you can quickly input your sequence and then edit however you want. Reordered live, but then tuned a bit in Ableton Live. So far I am really enjoying Push3 despite some small bugs. Also I created a small Max For Live device that allows me immediately record a new clip when I switch a track. Let me know if you want to know more about it.

Is it possible to build a simple song structure on the push 3? For example: in/verse/chorus/verse/chorus/bridge/out? I'm looking into building loops, and I have the Aeros Singular Sound pedal, but am considering other options..

Thanks! I have a usb to midi interface which is connected directly to push and it has 4 midi outs which i can use for volcas

First I want to say the vocal came real good. You must be doing good job, and shift is adding pleasant rasp (or fix) ~ perfect! What was at the end? Those 3 green pads lightning themselves?
Thanks, it was my very first attempt to make something with vocals. Do you think I should do more of that? Reg. green pads: these are just empty clip slots which i press to stop some tracks

@@audiodakeEspen Kraft style (and very unique of course!). Good to know on green pads. I deliberately got Push3 as controller, not to deep dive into standalone only. Mostly playing Push in linear mode with hardware synths (making it all large home-studio-size standalone). Not afraid of grid programming’s, big fan of Korg Gadget for decade, can’t be more grid/programming than that. Trying to find right balance between groovebox/daw-less/daw with interactive synths connected. Anyways, once shown my wife my singing, she said never do it again. I was wrong listening to that. Of course you go no matter who says what!

@@lou19 I meant catch, it's when the knobs don't change value unless they reach their current value. On multi track control when you move any knob for some reason the other knobs think their current value is the one from the last moved knob causing jumps in values and "unresponsive" knobs

hey i have this problem on my analog four mk1 that if i put a four on the floor kick pattern and plock up hats the kicks almost disappear in volume even if i adjust note length. is this normal!?!? or is my machine faulty
