Hi, I'm Polina and I'm a transformation coach. I help people break out of a codependent mindset, which so many of us develop in childhood, get to know their true self and their desires, and build a life of happiness and fulfillment.

How to build a healthy relationship with an avoidant?
Hello from Switzerland, first of all, your comment that there are many places worth seeing in Switzerland is absolutely correct. Anyone who only visits the cities and possibly 1-2 mountain peaks has missed the most special and worth seeing. What you have to say about Lauterbrunnen is that, in addition to being known, it is also very easy to reach and therefore inevitably attracts more people than, for example, the Engstlensee (the Oeschienensee would also have been an alternative, but this may be less accessible, especially with a stroller). I hope you have fond memories of these days and inspire you to visit again.
Hi❤❤❤
Absolutely correct 💯
I see a lot of the salty behavior in aging/elderly people, and it came to a head during the COVID pandemic. The aging narcissist/control freak revealed themselves very clearly. They can't stand that life (and often technology) has passed them by, the world is no longer one they recognize, and they're BIG MAD about younger people in leadership roles. So they channel that anger into stopping other people from growing or succeeding. If they can't control other people/situations, they spiral out of control and resort to gossip, lies and gaslighting to swing things in their favor.
You should have closed the door behind you.

Moltes Gràcies ❤
any tips to learn German here in Spain? , I too lived in Germany for almost a year many years ago and I almost forgot the German i learned there :(
one more thing, I'd suggest you just skip appointing in school for the theorircal test, everything is available online and you'd save youself the 150€(more or less).
I would have found it nice to hear more about the mentality of the Bavarian culture, contrasting it to your other experiences in Germany and outside.
starts at 6:10
Why did you leave Spain?
My wife depends on me to make her happy. It's destroying our marriage. When I disappoint her, she blames me for everything wrong in her life.
I have my license in New Jersey. What is Spain like? I live in the United States.
Hello Where I can give practical exam in English?
Spain is so diverse culturally, geographically and climate-wise that it really makes no sense to talk about Spain when making comparisons. Germany is not that diverse, not even close.
Are you a loner??
Terimakasih from Indonesia🇮🇩 ❤
I first realized i had anxious attachment stype through my last relationship. I subconsciously self-sabatoged the relationship through negative inner dialogue patterns, crippling anxiety, being trapped in my own head and overthinking every small interaction with her. She ended things between us last week. The only issue now is that even through i am working on myself actively every day, she's still moving in next week. I live with her best friend and she was set to move in before we even got together. I still like her quite a lot, but i'm really trying to focus on detaching, reacquainting myself with my passions and purpose, but still i ruminate. It's going to be hard and strange. We weren't together for long at all and i know she likely has no residual feelings for me, but each morning i wake up anxious and depressed. I need to get my power back.
Thank you that’s good sound advice..is it out of love or are you doing it because you think you should. No wonder so many resolutions fail!!❤
Working from home is a real socializing killer. Not knowing the language the other. Common interests are a good basis for getting to know other people. The easiest way in Germany is probably joining a club but that requires usually some language skills. So the most important task is to escape the language barrier cage. The small town cage has an escape vehicle called car. Germans often make the impression of being cold, but the more open you meet them the easier it is to socialize. Good luck!
Thanks so much, 100% agree, language is the most important thing to build a life in a small German town!
What type of questions in exam... please guide me.
what type of question comes in the exam
do you not have to drive on the motorway or try to park sodeways in the exam?
I didn't have to do the highway, but sideparking...yes, I think that could be an option as well (I didn't have to, but I was just lucky to not be able to find a parking spot)
Germany has extensive regulations for paternity leave in the form of up to three years of "Elternzeit" that both parents can take. In comparison, this is better than most EU countries. You are also entitled to "Elterngeld". Whether people take advantage of this is another question. And "Kindergeld" is of course not only available in Bavaria, but throughout Germany.
Yes, maybe I didn't formulate it well in the video, the law in terms of parental leave is good, but on practice the system implies that you depend on the income of your spouse, because if you take 3 years of leave (which is what many women here do, as I spoke to many of them), its the same money that you would receive during 1 year only split into 3 years, so the amount per month is pretty low and wouldn't allow you to have your own budget without counting on your spouse's income. I was getting Elterngeld for 11 months and I still had to depend on my husband primarily (of course, it depends on how long you worked and your salary etc, but still). And I was talking about Familiengeld, not Kindergeld, which is only in Bavaria :)
@@realandfree thank you for your video if I can ask where did you buy your watch? I really love it❤😊
Yes, I am trying my best
wow this is amazing thank you so much I really needed this!
Glad it was helpful!
The fact that you really learned many valuable lessons about yourself from your counselling and kept building on your own self work years after is inspiring!
I wish to be in Germany especially for Xmas😍🔥
Germany looks beautiful Polina... I hope you and your little family enjoy going back to Spanish and have a Merry Merry Christmas... Xxoo
You live in Bayern. Thats why, everything close earlier than in other provinces. You will see more life in other places even in winter. 😊
Wow, I didn't know it was a Bayern thing! Good to know 😲
Really great and true words. What was your job before motherhood?
I changed my career several times in my 20s, but before having a baby I was working remotely as a Community Engagement Specialist for a Munich based company and also as a life coach a few hours a week :)
When I was babysitting with my nieces, I really noticed how hard it is to look after them. But I knew I just can go home but parents cannot. That’s why I didn’t hurry with children a long time. But now I would like to have some, I hope it happens soon. 😊
Yes, it is indeed so difficult, especially the first year. I am now realizing that it's getting a little bit easier every month, now that my daughter is 1 and she is getting more and more independent. I'm sure, it will happen for you soon, too!
great thoughts 👍
Glad you liked it! :)
Funny remark about the complaining in Spain, I feel Like a lot of us have to work on stop complaining and enjoy and see the positive. I think it makes sense to draw boundaries, for example if something is negative about the country like politics, I start to lock out this topic of my daily life, I just want to deal with it only in the surface and if it is needed. In terms of weather there might be also solutions to improve this time, like plan more holidays in the cold time (November and February are really the most hard months of the year in Germany). Also exercising more in this time of the year to feel better. Just today saw your channel, I wish you great experience and success here on TH-cam 🙏
I also like live stream workout, it is definitely more engaging than recorded ones. 😊
Thank you so much and welcome! Totally agree on planning more holidays in winter, I would totally go away for the whole February (hardest month indeed!)
It's funny I am a German living in Spain right now and I miss so many small German things (bread, good but still cheap cheese, the cute decorated houses, the organization, the tap water, the heatings in the houses and in general the houses being better build for the cold, Glühwein, Plätzchen, ...) it's interesting to see the other perspective and you are really right it is not about the country, it's mostly the mindset. Although I have to agree, the sun here makes it a lot easier to enjoy the months after Christmas. You should go ice-skating, sometimes it is even possible on some lakes and try everything on the christmas market !! :)
Omg yessss, I was missing the exact same things when I was living in Spain, I hated so much how cold it was inside the house! 😀 Love ice skating btw, although it's definitely not cold enough to do it at a lake at least not in Bavaria where we are
Watching this from Spain, where we're still having 20Cº days and thinking how everything looks so beautiful snowed and decorated for Christmas. Just a reminder that grass seems always greener on the other side! :)
Yeeees, I remember thinking the same when I was in Spain, how I wanted to live in a colder climate. It's really crazy how it always seems somewhere else things are better. Trying to really appreciate Germany now 😌
thank you!
Some scientifically backed up pro tips to get real summer mood in winter (helped me very much with depression): - Go outside every morning after sunrise for 10-20 Minutes and get blue morning sunlight into your eyes (even when it's cloudy) - Combine it with running or other cardiovascular exercise, zone 2 training is also fine (> 150 minutes a week in total is perfect, for beginners 6 Minutes daily is enough and better than nothing) - Go to a solarium 2-3 times a week for UV-B light exposure which will increase testosterone and estrogen levels and Vitamin D production - Probiotics: Eat fermented foods, best is to make them by yourself (Kefir, Sauerkraut). Your gut produces serotonin and needs a healthy gut microbiome - Prebiotics: Feed good gut bacteria with plant fiber (legumes, vegetables, nuts, seeds, etc.) 20-30 grams of fiber daily is perfect, but start with low amounts - Red light therapy (makes your mitochondria produce more energy and reduces inflammation) - Take Vitamin D3 + Omega 3s, B Vitamins and Magnesium. Most people have a lack in these. Do not take too much, it depends very much on your diet. Healthy food, sunlight and exercise has a massive impact on mental health and mood in general, especially during winter months. I could write a book on this topic. Привет из города Швебиш Халь :)
My first tip is one of the easiest and most effective, get morning sunlight into your eyes and your mood should improve after some days
Wow, that is so helpful, thank you!
Luckily, I have to bring my daughter to the kindergarden in the mornings, so I get to go outside for a bit! :D
i am in Rio de Janeiro right now and it is so fucking hot :/ this video looks like an oasis
Wow, yes, the heat can be absolutely exhausting, when I was living in Spain I remember wanting to be cold for just a moment during the summer heat!
As a German I clicked on this video to find out how to survive German winter as well (cause I don't know it either) 🙈
Have lived in Germany and now am in the States. My sister-in-law lives with her family in Germany. She's in Nuremburg--near you. They have a place in Switzerland and also in Spain. She isn't happy about the so common grey co!d weather there. I think you are smart. Deciding to try to see/do the best you can is a good way to survive. A lot is mindset. I have friends who comp!ain about their husbands and my regular response is kind of like you said about initially really wanting go to Germany....remember when all you wanted was to get married and spend your life with the guy who is now your husband? Reality has hit him about you too!
wow yes, this can be applied to many situations...just complaining non-stop definitely is not going to help anything, we either have to make changes (move countries, leave the relationship etc) or stop complaining and try to see the good
Interesting. I just heard about this tradition. I think our family will adopt the idea. It seems cute 😊
Its hilarious! :D
I understand you, the first winter for me was also hard. I live in a small town as well but nearby a beautiful medium city maybe 15 minutes from downtown so i go really often to the city, there are a lot of things to do, it doesn't feel that i live in a small town. Maybe change the place could be an option. Anyway try enjoying the winter too, make it cozy.😊
I think this is perfect, living close to the bigger city and being able to go whenever you want to do stuff, but have a home in a quiet place. Yes, trying to enjoy the cozy vibes as well! :)
I struggle with my mental health too and am on a journey to try sort out my life. I constantly go thru rough patches and hope that stops or gets less soon. Thankyou for your videos. P.s. i also love love your videos on travel too❤❤😊😊
Thank you and hope, you feel better soon!
Wow point one! Wow!
14:50 "....the diet is terrible...90% of the restaurants in our German town only serve fries with sausage and schnitzel..." That's what you say while sitting at a table in front of a sumptuous coffee with cream and a cake that looks very delicious. Your kitchen at home also looks fantastic: you could invite some acquaintance to try one of your dishes. An acquaintance is the first step to friendship.
Yes, actually I think the cakes here are great and there are usually many options! as I said in the video in many summer terraces you can get a coffee and a desert, but lunch/dinner options are still mostly German food, which is not my favourite. And yes, we have been getting HelloFresh lately and just enjoying the food at home :)
Best wishes from Bali Indonesia! You taught me to focus on me and be happy, and this is exactly what I am doing right now. Thank you!🙏Nick (Valencia)
Wow, Nick, you are in Bali, how amazing! Best wishes!!!!
Come to Berlin ! ❤ I agree with all your prons and cons.
A small town in Baveria is not Germany. Maybe there is not the country in the world, where differences are bigger. That living in the provincr also means a different lifestile, that is luniversal fact. So Cologne, a city of music and media, where Tina Turner meat her husband, a producer for EMI, or Reeperbahn in Hamburg that are different Germanys. But province in Baveria nowerdays is much more openmindet Than Some decates ago! But if they spend a lot of time at home you only have the chance to find friends who invite you Home. So what I see in front og my eyes is making food for each other knitting in wintertime and share a car to Muenchen Airport for a flight to the Canaries.
I Also want to regiment you three youtube channels: Hayley Alexis, a girl from Florida, who lived close to Munich for many years, Fill fram Germany, a girl from. Munich who lives in the USA
