Yeah i still got mine 750 block bored to about 880 and then stroked to give 999. The torque and power is awesome. About 7kg heavier than the 600 gsxr. Hard to be beaten on the road in the hands of a good rider. Takes no prisoners, gives the rider the biggest smile going, future classic imo. Not gonna sell mine ever. Back up ignition to support fueling and spark, and they are quieter on semi synthetic oil. Rock on

190/55 profile on the rear helps these older bikes getting more lively. Obviously you can do suspension upgrades but this is a cheap "hack" if you need to change rear tire anyhow. Having a speedohealer for sprocket changes will also aid with profile change of the tire.

Nice one, I own a yamaha mt 03 aswell it's from 2006 but it runs very very nice, i got it for almost 3 years now, riding it only on warm or good weather.. for street is a cool bike but i got realy used to it and i can say now it's abit slow. Perfect bike for beginners or A2. You can check my channel, got some videos aswell.

I bought my K6 GSXR1000 new, still have it, and still the very best all round bike I’ve ever owned. Bought the 2018 GSXR1000 as well, and it’s a bit of kit as well. Great handling bikes. 💙
