The place has changed a bit since I graduated in 1973, but as a UC grad, I don't hate OSU. Lots of great memories of 1969-1973 on Calhoun St., Burnett Woods, etc. I hate some of the morons who make comments like the one above though. I call them Walmart Buckeyes; never been on any campus and buy their jerseys at Walmart.

He cincyjimgriffin called UC "thug U" !! That's exactly what I mean. Folk portray Cincinnati as a beautiful university surrounded by dangerous criminals. This view is untrue and common amongst wealthy suburban families that send their little brat kids to UC. Cincinnati, and Over-The-Rhine are not dangerous. and this song SUX my ass frequently.

@OGHomeslice UC is right down the street from Downtown cincinnati you moron .... a street called VIne st. goes like this ... clifton, OTR, Downtown .... yeah we are Cincinnati. and making the statement that half of UC students are afraid to leave campus is an ignorant statement. which leads me to assume that you are actually the one fearful of coming round Cincinnati because of the crime. This is Thug U we live near the most dangerous parts of USA and we are not afraid to walk at anytime.

Homeslice not sure what high horse your on, off campus is nothing worse than any other university in terms of crime... And btw all announcers on ESPN and CBS refer to UC as Cincinnati so your make it "Welcome to UC" has no merit. There's nothing wrong w/ associating a city with a great university anyway. I mean what would Columbus be w/o OSU, what would South Bend be w/o Notre Dame... by the way the majority of the student body isnt from the burbs moron. check your facts.

This video sucks. In the usual UC student fashion there is little to no connection to the actual Cincinnati. The one that is not just contained on campus. Half the student of UC are so afraid to even leave campus. Thats what happens when a majority of your student body is from the burbs. He said "Kroghetto" now I wonder what gave it that designation. Change the name of the song to "Welcome to UC" stay near the campus or someone will steal your new I-pad.
