I have about 4 thousand VHS tapes

Having a late model crt is really good for knowing it will have many years to come. My latest model is from 2007. Right when they were getting away from the curved screen we grew up on. Then, of course, they transitioned into flat panel tvs. Hope you enjoy your time with family man.

That Philips CRT is a keeper! I had one as a kid but with only composite and s-video. Picture quality is amazing, and component inputs are a nice bonus.

10:29 'Naked Lunch' was directed by Canadian director, David Cronenberg ('The Fly', 'Videodrome', 'Scanners', 'The Brood', 'Shivers', Stephen King's 'The Dead Zone', etc.) and it's interesting that the VHS is a rental from Food N Stuff on Kingston Road, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. My last girlfriend lives in Scarborough and that tape made it into your possession all the way from Canada. Amazing! Plus, one of my college classmates back in the day was a cousin of David Cronenberg, so he got to see the creatures and sets during the filming of 'Naked Lunch' in Toronto. :)

1:10 I can think of two really spectacular reasons to enjoy 'Lifeforce'. That's a lucky score on VHS. I have it as a Blu-ray steelbook. ;)

These short 'Show 'n Tell' style videos are a lot more fun to watch than so much garbage on television these days. Excellent work and may you keep up the grind to find many more rare finds! :)

Hey, I'm not sure if i missed it, but do you happen to have any Sansui crt tvs? I ask because i have a sansui DTV2700 model if you wanna look it up. Its a very late model crt from 2007. But im gonna have to get the geometry correct on it. Great video, as always! Keep up the grind!

Very cool finds! If you go back and look at baby photos of me I'm crawling around on the floor and everyone has a cigarette 🚬 lol. It's nostalgic either way we look at it. Now people are smoking electric ones lol. What about when cars came with cigarette lighters?

I know you consider all of us friends. But whoever your personal friends are, i consider them lucky to call such an awesome person their friend.

Their are many feelings on earth you can't replicate. For example, the feeling of the 90s. The feeling of being in your tree house outside. Your first kiss. and the feeling of being a kid inside Toys R US! How lucky are those who experienced those times? I see this generation, and yes, they are young and have years ahead. But I don't think i would want to grow up in this current time and culture we live in. I honestly feel sorry for the youth now.

What's extremely ironic is how I started collecting old figures, not even 3 weeks ago 😅 I have a shelf going. Also, power rangers were a big part of my childhood. This one was very nostalgic!!! Not to mention that wwe exclusive steel chair! $5! Was a absolute steal for that no pun intended 😅 congratulations on these pick ups!

3:54 I saw that ages ago. I got the VHS at a garage sale after seeing the trailer so many times. I liked it as a kid, but at age 26 it's been about 15 years since I last saw it.
