This is such a wonderful idea! My Mama was an original Garden Park owner as well! She lived here from 1963 until her passing in September 2020. I was born in 1971 and was blessed to grow up here and still be here in our family home today. God willing, our home will pass to her great-grandchildren someday and they will love it as much as we all have! There is nowhere on earth like WGG ❤

Anyone putting 5% down with a max loan amount of 1.083mm is insane and has no business buying a 1.1mm home honestly. I’m not saying the market is going to crash, however we’re walking into some volatility for the next few years. Layoffs, looming recession, volatile stock market. Party is just getting started, plus you have the fed continuing to clamp down on inflation with at least 2-3 more hikes projected for 2023 with no pivot in sight. Put down a min 20% in that price range and be finically responsible.
