Deer, Deals and a ton of snow.
Finding more deals, snow keeps coming, and blessed to be able to fill our deer tag for the year. Oh yeah, Mattel messed up on some toy packaging.

How did you start with a SKU system? I've wanted to set one up but its daunting. Thanks either way! Awesome set up
@jhondoe8728 We have our shelves numbered in order, each section/bin on the shelf has a letter assigned and then each item is numbered in sequence. For instance an item placed on shelf 83 in bin C and assigned the number 43 would have a SKU of "83-C-43" assigned to it. Hope that makes some sense.

I believe it. This store has a constant pile outside the donation doors sitting in the elements because they are unable to process it all fast enough.
