Yah Ahmed always said that GOD sent us here to get it straight and prove ourselves as we will be judged so he sing his song of what he know is right and he taught his son as his grandparents taught him. The truth is simple, free and comes from GOD so if you GO IN and listen to your conscience and your soul response you will get it direct. Its all between you and GOD. Instinctive recognition. Look at the animals they do their trip all by what GOD ordained each according to the laws of their own species and they don't need nothing manmade. And they are doing much better than the humans. So cook some beans and greens and rice and settle down and take time to tell the truth to your children how simple life is and how people would say ' ' ' ah GOD show me the way home and let me provide for the good life".... sit on the ground and reconnect the signals in your body through geometrical positions. no force. just be. remember we were born standing on our head so get up in the morning and stand on your head and get a good start for the day. its natural.

When Bou was about 1 year old we moved to an unused building in a country garden. Ahmed built a loft to put his recording stuff up there with Bou helping him. We slept underneath. At night he was up there playing and recording. He was making our son some music to listen to and learn from as well as background music for him to listen to as he go to sleep each night. One afternoon he tried climbing up the slant like walkway to get up there but this time he made it all the way and saw the guitar, hamonica, the microphones and machines and he was delighted. Ahmed pushed record and this was there first recording together. They always sang back and forth but this time it went on tape. He looked as if he had discovered a whole new space to be with his father. Thanks GOD the natural connections are the most enriching.

Now Mrs. Dove was a wise black woman who lived down south in North Carolina. She had three daughters. Now they belonged to the Knottie Head Church down in the valley. Knottie head was how they called the niggers who did not straighten their kinky hair with hot combs and grease. They wore long white clothes, stood very straight and walked tall as they went on into the church where the music and singing had already begun. Now Freddie was a young boy going south with some of his family from New York City every summer to get off the streets. He grew up on music as his whole family played something in the living room at night at home. Down south was another way of living and another kind of good, simple, honest, hard working people and he loved hearing the music they played. He could feel it deep down inside him. So this track of music was just a way of remembering how he knew good women were back then. Thanks be to GOD.

Once again Ahmed shows us how to treat our children by teaching them how to liberate their minds and souls, not make them as slaves to material things ( paying with chocolates, sweets, video games etc...) and saying that you are giving love to them!? 1969 through Meditation Ahmed received his Message to Deliver in service to GOD a forty year commitment. He would only take instructions from GOD and deliver his Message wherever GOD sent him. He renounced working for money and through faith and service and steady application to the Principles he would live what he spoke. He referred to himself as a Messenger and was recognized by others as one who was chosen to deliver his Message. No not a Prophet in this life.

Played soley, spontaneously and simultaneously on an old 6 string acoustic guitar by the former soul jazz vibe musician...this is what he felt to play, why he left jazz, to keep going on in search, no more repeat performances, night after night doing the same thing. His baby boy was just starting to walk and he had found an old guitar and dragged it over to his father and gave it to him and said 'nana nana' he wanted to go to sleep so Ahmed picked up the guitar for the first time and played although he knew nothing about playing a guitar. After playing this track he realized he was sitting in the lotus position of meditation and his son Bou had laid down and fallen asleep. Ahmed said, that is "Bou's Sound" ALLINONE. 1975
