1989 Phillies vs Pirates

This is the ESPN Classic version of the famous "Jim Rooker" game. The Pirates scored 10 runs in the top of the first and Rooker made a statement that he would walk home if the Pirates lost. (Spoiler Alert!!!!) The Phillies come back and win the game and Rooker kept his promise later that year and walked from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh for charity. This upload does not have Rooker's statement bu...

Closing your chakras is NOT out of fear. Keeping negative energies away is NOT a cowardice but WISE until you become a self realized master. How much aggression is out there needs no clarification.
If your mother didn't know how to love herself...That's it!She loved her children & cared& did what she could but nobody taught her to love herself!
A great memory of Fernando for me... A great all-around pitcher was "El Toro". His rookie season in 1981 was just incredible. His screwball was devastating and really fooled a lot of National League batters. Not only that, his importance transcended beyond the game itself culturally. His presence increased the Dodgers' fan base's interest in the Latin community, bringing more attention and fans to Dodger Stadium and every ball park where he pitched. Fernandomania was an appropriate adage much like Beatlemania was back in the early/mid-60s. I got to see him pitch with The Dodgers a few times and a very special game when he pitched with The Phillies...his return to Dodger Stadium in the mid-90s.This very game against Orel Hershiser...He managed to get a single against Orel this game too!. I remember it was as hot as hell that day...July 3rd, 1994. I managed to get a few seats directly behind the plate, the first row in the blue reserved level. We were in the hot sunshine unprotected from the sun outside of sunscreen the entire game. We drank a ton of water to keep hydrated...the water in the beers didn't really do us much good! It was a sold-out game, the capacity crowd for Fernando's return to Dodger Stadium. It was great! Fernando went 6 innings and gave up 2 runs. I remember the boos when Jim Fergosi pinch hit for him in the top of the 6th when Fernando was due up to bat. Dodgers won 3-1, Orel got the win... RIP Fernando!

Why was the game in Jackson ?
What an excellent being she is❤
As an older senior I’m able to receive more deeply from Louise Hay and I need her wisdom and insights more than ever. What an awesome transformational Spiritual and consciousness teacher she is! I need to hear it many more times. Can hardly thank her and this powerful session- enough. Deep thanks and Blessing to each and all. Most of all may we each love and appreciate the beautiful and wondrous and unique Beings the we are! ❤❤❤❤❤
When broken down with her articulation, this is so obvious. It’s glaringly apparent in myself and others
Damn i remember being here with the family
Yeah me too. Was awesome. It was hot as hell
Great team, but without Pete Rose, the Phillies don't make it. When will baseball wake up and recognize the man with the most hits ever in baseball history ? Instead of the baseball writers association, the hall of fame voters should be the retired baseball players in the hall of fame.
Amazing
Aired on WLFL-22 (Raleigh/Durham, NC) and WFXI-8/WYDO-14 (Greenville/New Bern, NC)
For the 2hr 44 min version... Put in: PHILLIES vs CUBS (6-21-1998) --- THIS IS WHERE YOU FIND BASEBALL
There’s something odd about watching Tugger come out to commemorate the 1980 World Series on the same field that probably gave him the cancer that killed him.
Andy Musser was so underappreciated and overlooked as an announcer. I miss that lug. 44:45
