Late game its kinda equal.
If it is early game and its just Greenland and Iceland, Greenland wins despite the lower population, it has more income and it cost less to develop.

It's really easy but can you also form EU as Belgium???
I still use the Roblox built in recorder that only allows me to record for 15ish minutes. Once I get a better app to do it then yes I will, but I play on multiplayer servers and don't have any robux to create a private server. Also large formables like that take upwards of an hour if you're lucky (at least on multiplayer) and I have no editing experience. Once I am able to I will definitely do the EU as Belgium as I find it really fun to play as small countries and get bigger. I hope you understand this and have a good day
