Im glad you like it... The biggest thing is that the print is everywhere. It looks nice, but needs to be balanced. Maybe a belt, it would help with the lenth. Put the belt on and tuck some of the dress into it. It will help break it up and give volume while accentuateing your waist. Another thing is the jacket. The fit is boxy and clashes with your dress, I would put something under it with this style. However, I think you would like something over it more. So i would say a leather, maybe jean, jacket over it. The texture will help break up the dress too and accentuate it more. If you dont have one then a black or brown cropped jacket will help with the waist silhouette. I do like the dress shape and idea of what you are going for but it looks a bit to long for your body type. To counter this, the belt and/or cropped jacket will work, you could also add a bigger belt that hangs at the hip or a cross body bag. Boots would look good with this outfit as well as gold and woven jewelry and accents. Again, different textures will help break it up. I, personally, do not wear big prints like this. However i would cut a slit at the bottom up to the hip. Maybe one on each side. Then i would wear jean shorts or tights and knee high boots. Add lots of chains, layered jewelry, jean or leather jacket depending on the bottoms, a cross body brown bag (chocolate brown probably, leather or woven), and hair up in a ponytail or messy bun.

Is it supposed to be a bit of a drop waist? I feel like maybe it is just a tiny bit long in the waist?!?! The movement of the skirt fabric is gorgeous and it seems to fit well around the bust. I am not really feeling the jacket with it, though. Maybe I am not quite getting the vibe of the occasion you are planning!? Is it a big party with many friends? Or is it just an intimate dinner with one person/ or even family? If I was going to the beach with itat night and expecting to get chilly I would wear a crisp white boyfriend shirt over it and tired a knot at the waist😅

The turtleneck shirt combo looks great, it's just the wrong colour and cut of jeans. Try a high waisted black washed A-line demin jean; not a completely black, black. The black turtleneck and black jeans will create a cleaner flow from the top to bottom of your outfit, with the A-line cut jeans giving you a more flattering silhouette.

Yay finally a much requested hair care routine by me!😂 Funny enough I don’t do traditional conditioners in the shower either for my fine thin hair and thought i was the only one! I really like the Briogeo leave in conditioning spray. And no I will not judge you because I LOVE all things horror too!! So any movies, podcasts recs in that genre would be appreciated. I too have some recs in that category too.😅

I updated my skincare routine too - and just like you - simpler is better (for me)! I love the Elemis collagen cleansing balm, Dr. Dennis Gross ultra gentle exfoliate A/B, and VaniCream cleanser. I don’t know if I missed it, but did you mention a sunscreen?! Do you have any recommendations? I would love to improve my haircare! My hair concern is thinning 😬😭 I am planning to introduce hair masks, so hopefully that helps.

The birkin goes better. The coat is very chunky so its not overpowered by the bag. But it really depends where you are going with this outfit... if you ll just be out for a weekend stroll in the park with the destination being a cafe, then a smaller bag would suit better... but then you might want an _over the shoulder bag_ for convenience, rather.
