Now I've done triangle escapes I can appreciate what he did there and what Rogers doing to counter. Basically theres a standard way to escape or actually attack when you are in a Body triangle, Tim actually had a chance to sub Roger when he rolled to the lock side by quickly ankle locking Rogers foot but once Roger realised you see him tense and extend his leg but then became aware of it and went back to the non lock side . Then Tim tries the leg loop and feed to hand technique which Roger can only defend by easing off the lock and reapplying, its a lot more technical than it looks. The spin was excellent but there was a long fight to get there and roger was probably tiring and losing interest in the body triangle by this point. That all said... if the gloves were smaller it would have been over once he locked the body triangle in.
