We are facing an issue setting up this device, the guide should have covered everything related to connecting all 3 ports and setting up the video wall. When we connect the 3 cables, all the screens go off. why is that happening?

Great vid - I am in the middle of an SSO implementation and this just helped me visualise what needs to be done.
There are 3 HDMI ports. Can this power multiple screens at once? This was not covered. Are the USB ports able to support video out?
USB Port is only to connect mouse and keyboard in case you need to browse the settings menu. It is supposed to work with 3 screens atonce, but we are facing an issue with it. When we connect the 3 cables, all the screens go off.

I can't find the interactive kiosk app in the apps list. Was it removed?

So if I have 10 tv/locations. Does that mean I have to have 10 optisign sticks?

If you have a smart TV that can connect to Wi-Fi and download apps, you might not need to purchase a player or any additional hardware for your screens. However, for TVs that aren't smart or don't support the app, an OptiSign player would be recommended and necessary for each screen you wish to use with our solution. Hello, thank you for your compliment and comment. You can customize a 'Name' under Claim Name and leave 'Namespace' blank as this is optional. When you do the mapping in the OptiSigns SSO setting, it will directly map the Claim Name instead of the URL Claims. It is also ok to use the default URL Claims, but you will need to use the URL Claims in the OptiSigns SSO Advanced Setting. -First Name SAML Attribute -Last Name SAML Attribute -Groups SAML Attribute By default, the Claim Name is used instead of URL Claims. Schedule seems to be what I’m looking for but is there a way to force content on at certain intervals then when it’s complete it goes back to the regular schedule?
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. Indeed, it is possible to overlay a one-time schedule onto a recurring one. To provide an example, suppose you have a daily schedule set to run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you wish to insert a unique schedule for today, perhaps from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., you can seamlessly overlap these schedules. As a result, the player will seamlessly transition to displaying the single schedule during that hour, before seamlessly reverting back to the regular daily schedule.
