When I first came on ^Medicaid buy-in for working adults with disabilities^ you had to be under the age 65, has that changed? Can you be over 65 with the disability and work and continue to get Medicaid-buy in for disabled adults benefits? (currently they are not counting my assets, for example my savings account) Thank you!

And even when you report again and again to different agencies in certain states nothing gets investigated. There needs to be mandatory investigation of reports.

We hear you. It's incredibly frustrating when reports go uninvestigated, leaving individuals vulnerable and without justice. It's crucial for people to take every report seriously and conduct thorough investigations to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals. Thank you for raising this important issue. Impaired, not incapable. I am impaired by a society that does not accept neurodivergence and a difference in learning. Intellectual disability means a person learns differently from a neurotypical person.

Also true When you don't trust your doctors and the people that you're supposed to because they have not treated you right or made sure that things were honest or fair it puts you in the worst place in the world not trusting anyone a lot of these people have no problems taking advantage of disabled people and they can still sleep at night

    • @thinkchangettt

It's heartbreaking how some individuals, are let down by the very people they should trust the most-doctors and caregivers. The betrayal and lack of integrity not only erode trust but also shatter any sense of safety and security. No one should ever feel vulnerable or exploited, especially by those in positions of authority. It's a stark reminder of the need for accountability and compassion in the system. Thank you for shedding light on this issue. Please follow us on Facebook: facebook.com/THINKchangeTTT/
