So the 11.5 hours run time is for 1 tank of gas which is basically 1 gallon right. I believe this one shows 34 hours (the specs on champion site says 25 hours) on 20lb propane tank which is 4 gallons since they don't fill all the way. So if i have 4 gallons of gas i could run it 44 hours instead of 34.

Propane is all based on weight, not gallons. Saying you used ".14 gallons per hour" does not make any sense or mean anything. All propane bottles are based on weight. The specs say a 20 pound bottle should last about 34 hours. That comes out to about 1.7 pounds per hour. So roughly 2 of the Coleman camping bottles per hour.

Roof came out clean, the electric brush is the ticket, another silicone trick just need plenty of rags, if you spit on the end of your finger or saliva will spread the silicone and won't stick to your finger, old plumbers trick. You got a huge back yard, just a thought on the silicone I do it all the time.

Sure, Dawn cleans it, but does it cause the roof and sealants to break down over time. I use a cleaner that is specifically made for my EPDM roof. Readily available at your local camping world store or online. If you're concerned about "pennies," you probably can't afford the rig.

My oil after break in looked very similar. I'll probably change the oil again after another 5-10 hours just to compare. This gen. is a great value.

Any brand name tire from a reputal tire store is fine. Avoid any good deal no name internet tires. I just put Endurance tires on my new boat trailer because of China bomb failure. The tire stores see them all the time.

We think that's a basic radio antennae. Hard to believe it's a used unit. Very nice I'm always amazed at all the storage on these RVs. Hope your mom enjoys it.
