You will notice the welds on the arms are horrible and stick out too much to allow the console to slide over correctly. If you get a grinder or file you can file them down to flat and it will then fit properly. Ridiculous horizon hasn’t fixed this.

This might help. The welds on the arms are too big and don’t allow the console to slide over properly. If you get a file and file them down to flat it will slide over and fit correctly. Hoping this helps as it took a lot of trial and error to figure out! It’s amazing Horizon hasn’t tightened the specs on those welds.

Due to the safety key not working a technician came out so while out, he was able to get the console on. He loosened the bar that connects both legs, which enabled him to squeeze the leg over to fit into the console slots. I didn't think to try that. Thanks for a follow up. Now I’m waiting for a resolution for the safety key issue. The tech was unable to fix it, so he requested a new console.

Additionally, I know the bike has sensors for heart rate - but have no idea where heart data is displayed, etc. I will try the App next, but the instructions included with the product are poor at best...
