i would 100 percent NOT reccomend to keep those on Sand substrate -that can stick in the nose, the scales and will make holes in their guts. Sand like in this setups you only find on beaches or desert wich is not the habitat of the kenian snadboa.

You aren't meant to hold them with you bare hands, it's best to use latex gloves that are wet because we have a chemical in our skin that's harmful to frogs
