When it's bouncing off the limiter 😂
You can rev it to 15.000 on the track that’s no problem the acceleration starts at around 8.000. It is a 600 race bike so if you want to go fast you have permanent revs around the track of more than 10.000 or you loose a lot of time.

Hi....I've got same bike....great machine, but not as quick as I expected.my 2000 zx6 would have pulled harder than this to 160 and beyond......road it last night for first real blast and it feels like it doesn't breath that great past higher speeds..quite disappointed if honest. What did you think to yours?
Darren Lucas I thought the handling was brilliant one of the best handling 600s I've had. Thought the power delivery could of been a tad better. But a air filter and exhaust sorted that.
james slater Thanks for reply.ive got the 650.....I agree handling, awesome.... balanced. I've got a triumph race can on it, K&N but not mapped at yet.....my zx6 in fairness was....and with 116 bhp too.....just pulled very strong all the way up to the large numbers. I enjoyed your vids, thanks for posting them

I LOVED my VTR till some thieving funk had it away. just always wished they made it with a few more HP
106 bhp and its much lighter weight compared to other v twins! i bet it fly's! i think they do 11.4 quarter mile @122 mph standard..adding those exhausts it will probably run a 11.1 @125 mph or a little quicker. that's enough to keep up with most sports bikes.they are so cheap as well..
