I can't understand why so few were made. The only reason I can think is when Vauxhall merged with Opel the mk 1 Cavalier Coupe/ Sportshatch and the Opel Manta hampered it's success.Also by then production of the Viva was slowing down. But the Droopsnoot was still the quickest.

They didn't have the 4 cylinder one's registered for Australian roads,they were to dangerous. 1985 RG 500 was the last one registered They wouldn't insure them,to powerful
