補充: NOVA,把食物分成四種類: 1) NOVA 1無加工或少加工: 肉類、蔬果、 2) NOVA 2烹飪原料: 鹽、精製油、精製糖、麵粉等 3) NOVA 3 加工食品: 麵包、罐頭、醃製 是 NOVA 1跟2的結合體、起司 4) NOVA 4超級加工食品,像是: 布丁、洋芋片、汽水、雞塊等等。

除了黃豆可以降低痛風 那其它例如:花生 毛豆 紅(綠)豆 花豆等等 食用過多是否會引起其他病因?

正解,我爷爷快80了,最喜欢的菜就是豆腐。每年过年之前,就用自家地里收的黄豆去打豆腐,一部分做成油豆腐,剩下的就泡在水桶里面,吃了几十年了,从来就没有得过痛风。节目很棒,我特别喜欢看台湾人的节目,讲话很好听,可信度也高。
所以喝水,排尿很重要🙄🙄🙄🙄
為什麼沒有單純煮熟的黃豆,然後要吃幾份煮熟黃豆,我都吃煮熟的黃豆,不攪豆漿,因為蛋白質會降低很多,所以想知道一天要吃幾次煮熟的黃豆
