if you are mad about protest and you are a christain read this Remember when you insult protestor and palestinian, there are christain palestinians who have lost lives. If only you care about other christians other than european. Theur blood is on your hands and your tax oayers money is being sent to kill them with the bombs created by your money (article from 2010.) 1. A hundred year old church was burned, Friday, by right-wing Israeli settlers, who broke a number of windows of the church and hurled Molotov cocktails inside. The damage to the church was substantial, with burning throughout the first floor of the building. The church was built in Jerusalem in 1897, and housed the Palestinian Bible College until 1947, when parishioners were pushed out by Jewish armed gangs, during the violence accompanying the creation of the state of Israel. ● Christians make up 2% of the population of both Israel and the Palestinian Territories - the number used to be around 15%, but many Christians from the Holy Land have emigrated due to the harsh conditions of the Israeli occupation, and discrimination against them by the Israeli state. 2. This is not the first time that Israeli right-wingers have destroyed churches and church property - a number of Christian churches were destroyed during the second intifada (uprising) which began in 2000, and many more were destroyed by Israeli forces during the 1948 and 67 wars. 3. In 2006, an Israeli couple tried to firebomb an ancient church in Nazareth, the city where Chrisitians believe that Jesus Christ lived 2,000 years ago. An Israeli court which tried the case failed to convict the couple of any charges. 3. A leader who, in the church, was assaulted on Friday, Zachariah al-Mashriqi, told reporters that the attack on the church was a clear attempt to provoke Palestinians to respond in anger. He urged Palestinian Christians to respond to the attack with virtue and patience. 4. Al-Mashriqi urged the Israeli government to act responsibly and condemn the attack, and work on investigating the attack to find out who was involved and actually file charges in the case. He asked the Israeli government to protect holy sites in the city of Jerusalem, as these sites come under increasing attack by Israeli settlers. 5. Church of the Multiplication: In 2015, a firebombing attack damaged the Church of the Multiplication, a famous Christian site in northern Israel. 6. Church of the Nativity: In 2002, during the Israeli military's Operation Defensive Shield, there was a standoff at the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, which resulted in damage to the church and surrounding areas. 7.Over the course of the 1947-1949 Palestine war between the Palestinian Arabs and the Palestinian Jews, a large number of these Christians-as part of the Arab community-fled or were expelled by Jewish militias from what would become recognized as Israeli territory following the 1949 Armistice Agreements. Since the 1967 Arab-Israeli War, which resulted in Israel's occupation of the Palestinian territories (the Jordanian-annexed West Bank and the Egyptian-occupied Gaza Strip), the Palestinian Christian population has increased as a whole, but has decreased as a percentage of the total Palestinian population 8.Of the total Christian population of 185,000 in Israel, about 80% are designated as Arabs, many of whom self-identify as Palestinian. 9.Involvement of palestinian christains ●.The Governor of Tubas, Marwan Tubassi, is a Christian. The former Palestinian representative to the United States, Afif Saffieh, is a Christian, as is the ambassador of the Palestinian Authority in France, Hind Khoury. The Palestinian women's football team has a majority of Muslim girls, but the captain, Honey Thaljieh, is a Christian from Bethlehem. Many of the Palestinian officials such as ministers, advisers, ambassadors, consulates, heads of missions, PLC, PNA, PLO, Fateh leaders and others are Christians. Some Christians were part of the affluent segments of Palestinian society that left the country during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. In West Jerusalem, over 50% of Christian Palestinians lost their homes to the Israelis, according to the historian Sami Hadawi. 10.CHRISTAINS KILLED WHEN ISRAEL BOMBED OF OF THE 3 OLDEST CHURCHES From the 3,000 Christians in 2007 when Israel intensified its siege and drove them out of the poor area, estimates indicate that the number of Christians in Gaza has decreased since. With a history stretching back to the first century, the 800-1,000 Christians who are thought to still be in Gaza represent the oldest Christian community in the world. At least eighteen people were killed when Israel bombed the Church of Saint Porphyrius, which is the oldest in Gaza, on 19 October 2023. THINK ABOUT THEM Israel has become what it dreaded #jewsagainstgenocide #freepalestine #freegaza #stoparmingisrael #stopaipac #antizionismisntantisemetism #alleyesonrafah #handsoffrahaf #handsoffgaza #prayforpalestine #viral #netanyahuishitler #facism

The Roman Catholic Church birthed 46,000 denominations and is STEEPED in religious idolatry. Blessing water or oil and using it for anointing something to make it holy or to consecrate it to G*d is something that the RCC and some Protestants have correct.

It is totally false to say that no one understood Latin. Understanding in the Church has always been based on good catechisis, that's why with all the use of English and whatever local language, people still don't understand the faith. They are not being catechised.

Medieval law codes such as the Holy Roman Empire's “Constitutio Criminalis Carolina” stipulated that malevolent witchcraft should be punished by fire, and church leaders and local governments oversaw the burning of witches across parts of modern day Germany, Italy, Scotland, France and Scandinavia.

Yours was the only video I found on this topic. I have been gone from the Church for 14 years. Today my uncle passed and I’m the only man left in my family. While I cannot join the Roman Catholic Church because I have accepted God’s gay creation that is myself, I am going to honor my uncle’s faith by jump starting my own today. Thank you for the info. My family is Catholic, so I feel at home in the Anglican Communion. Again, thank you. Do we call you Father? lol. I genuinely don’t know the proper title for Episcopal priests-forgive me.

Give the Episcopal Church a try. Our Liturgy is almost word for word of the Catholic Mass, but we are a very socially progressive Church. Everyone is welcome no matter what your background, race, sexual orientation. A very warm welcoming Church. You may want to try several in your area. Choose the one you like best and attend for a while to see how you like it.
