    Terminated due to failure to meet standards for regularization - was given a notice but terminated immediately on the same day. Will the company be held liable for not giving notice PRIOR to effective date of termination?

Ang tanong ko po ay para illegal recruitment yata yun? Hindi naman namin sila binigyan ng consent na makuha ang 201 files po namin mula sa company papunta sa agency? Tapos nag Deductions sila sa akin ng P58308 ng walang Basis? Hinanap ko sila sa registered address nila base sa Declared nila sa SEC, BIR at SSS pero wala na sila duon?     Is it your view, Sir, that government employees are disqualified from forming or joining a labor organization? You assert this on page 854 of the 2023 edition of your Labor Law 1 textbook. Also, on page 858 of the same textbook, you contend similarly in the case of employees of GOCCs with or without original charter. You cite as your basis for the first contention the case of SSEA v CA, and for your second contention, RA 10149. I think you need to review your positions. There is nothing in that case and in that legislation which disqualifies government employees or GOCC employees from forming, joining or assisting labor organizations. The case of SSSEA deals entirely with the right to strike being denied to GOCC employees, while RA 10149 effectively denied them the right to bargain collectively with their employers for the terms and conditions of employment fixed by law.

    Pano po kung tinerminate ka under bond worth 200k..hindi ko Kasi naipasa ang account. Certification Kasi gusto ko pag day shift Kasi SA health issue po..bayaran ko daw Muna Ang bond before ko makuha Ang final pay?

    Hi Atty! what if po, dinismiss nila kami after training nung Feb 23 and March 3 na po kami binigyan ng email about sa pipirmahan na termination form, db sabi mo po dpat prior sa day nag termination? may separation pay po ba kami?

    atty ask ko po isa po ako sa guard oic may notice to report ako ng sept 26 2023 0900h sa jarton security agency pagdating ko sa opis wala ang hr/manager sa halip nag tex sa akin na wag na ako mag duty pinauwe ako 1026h sept 2023 sa halip na 6pm pa ang uwe ko at walang sulat at retire na daw ako 60 yrs nag file po ako illegal dismissal at ayaw mag bayad ng tama sa retire,cash bond,13th month,sil,backwages at tinangal ako tama lang po ba?t
