According to cpu.userbenchmark.com comparison results: 7600x3d has 2% advantage in Effective Speed and 4% advantage in Average Score. It's difficult to tell if TARKOV will notice difference between 5800X3D being 8c/16t and 7600x3d being 6c/12t processor, but Streets of Tarkov are very CPU hungry... hence best would be to find 7600x3d/4070S benchmark video on TH-cam.

@@777ElZorroon NVIDIA Card - yes, enable it and see how much FPS boost you have. AMD cards use FSR. Intel cards use XeSS upscaling. Just be aware that for TARKOV in some cases even DLLS will not help to get decent FPS...

Yes, I am happy with 4070Super with 5800X3D delivering me EPIC quality on 1440p. Hence I do not upgrade to 4K monitor - way to expensive to feed that beast with FPS. Even top Hardware will not provide me 4K 120+ FPS in games like STALKER2.

I would sugest to dig TH-cam benchmarks videos for STALKER2 and find RX 7800 XT + 7700X Tested. So far we know that NVIDIA does a good job with DLSS and Frame Generation in STALKER 2, but I did not test AMD FSR - you need to check if FSR does deliver decent BOOST for FPS. And my advice - if you are going to buy AMD processor --> X3D models is your best friend.

@@Jeffrey_Goines 5800X3D and 4070 Super is OK for 1440p if you are going to use DLSS. Though after I was tweaking settings before main gameplay session - I increased sharpnes becasause with DLSS image looked way to smooth for me.

16GB is not enough, as you can see from Benchmark it goes up to 17.5GB usage. I played my first 2.5 hours and did NOT observe any significant stutterr, there was two very minor. Gameplay was smooth for me so far, I saw one bug but it was realy funny one with npc stuck on top of another - will send the link with timestamp later once will upload the video. :)

im upgrading from r5 3600 + 16gb b-die 3733cl14(tight timings) to 5700x3d + 64gb 3600 c16 hynix djr / micron rev e which ill also OC next week. got a 3080Ti gonna test it out

what about: 1440p monitor, 5700x3d and 4070 (non super, non ti). I believe this is better solution for long term.

@ yess, i talked with my old IT student and he recommended me to buy an r7 5700x3d and later if i have a money he suggestsd me to pair it with either a 4060 ti 16gb or 4070 so im gonna do that, plus i will buy new psu ssd mobo and all that shit, and if its still not enough for my expectation i will prob buy a 7800x3d but i think im good for 2 2,5 yrs from now around december i will buy it

Binaural Audio OFF - Because it does not help at least from my experience and has negative impact on FPS (very basic comparison has been done long time ago once I was experimenting with settings years ago).

Hi. Try to turn off VSync and turn on Nidia Rexflex+Boost. I do not use VSync and had no issues with unsync.

Also, I get around 70% usage of gpu on most maps and like 15% cpu. On streets is the same I believe. Maybe less gpu usage

TBH I am happy with Average 100+ FPS on HIGH settings on STREETS of Tarkov, smooth gameplay.

65-70 on 7800x3d? that doesnt seem right i have i7 14700k, rtx 4070 super, 32gb ram ddr4 4133mhz and i get like 125average on high on streets

@@gLxxH Scopes and new updated ruined it, you can google and check that ye with scopes you would get up-to 55-65fps with 7800x3d. But ye in close quarters you would get near 100+fps but still it's worse then was before. Btw don't forget how random this game is not even talking about servers.

I do not agree with the statement, that DLSS is unusable in EFT. I think STREETS OF TARKOV does not show any significant boost from DLSS with my PC rig, but for example on CUSTOMS map with MEDIUM settings, once compared DLSS OFF and DLSS ON (Balanced) preset, the boost from DLSS was noticible: DLSS OFF - Max FPS 198/Average 159 FPS versus DLSS ON Max FPS 249/Average 176 FPS.

@@fpsgameplayworld your customs performance is neither what boost DLSS should give you nor worth it. Game is heavily CPU-bound and DLSS still takes some CPU processing power

Hello, I tried FSR in EFT Streets in this Video: th-cam.com/video/cG7HFVkZD1g/w-d-xo.html Based on this test results it does not differ a lot, but as we know STREETS is not the best map to test GPU, seems like CPU is bottleneck in this case.

Maybe for this game but dlss is better overall by a long shot

tweak the settings or upgrade your PC. Or play on another MAP - a lot of TARKOV players avoid STREETS due to poor performance on this map, because same PC performing very well on Customs or Shoreline...

CUSTOMS is old map, and quite well optimized. This video was to try DLSS ON option with BALANCED preset appied, with RTX 4070 Super.

If you building PC on AM5 socket - then 7800X3D should be your choice if on budget. If you dont care about latest socket and going for AM4 - get yourself 5800X3D and that will be better that spending more on GPU. Escape From Tarkov game realy benefits from AMD X3D processor.

@@fpsgameplayworld ty for the tip the 7800x3d is really expensive here in my country, and its currently in shortage. i was thinking about getting the 7600 so i can upgrade to the 7800x3d in a year, when hopefully new cpus come out and the price drops a bit. i really dont wanna get an am4 cpu bc i would have to spend a lot more money to get the 7800x3d

@@Diogo_Bento depends on what games you are going to play. EFT Streets map is very demanding hence if you main game will be TARKOV - it might be wiser to save on GPU and spend more on CPU.

Ryzen 5 7600 will give you similar if not better performance in certain tittles, if you're planning on getting into am5 the 7600 is not a bad option, its also gives you a path to upgrade on future cpu's yet if you already have an am4 platform get the 5800x3d or the 5700x3d for cheaper, but take into account that you will still have to upgrade to am5 at some point in the future, i personally will get to am5 with a ryzen 7 7700 that gives the around the same performance as the 5800x3d sometimes even more, and withiout spending 450 in a 7800x3d, it was a good choice when it was a 320 dollars but now it really doesnt make sense for a 27% max framerate in some specific tittles

Acording to your comment you run game on High settings, and based on my previous test on EFT PATCH 0.14.0.2 - Average FPS on High settings was around 103 FPS on Streets of Tarkov. @@fpsgameplayworld yes man. I don't know what is happening. I'll try to deactivate this undervolt (it gave me more points on cinebench and cpuz, lower temp and higher frequencies than stock). I'm using windows 10 ltsc (just a few processes running, already replaced my ram sticks (they were a sus kit before this Corsair). If I lower my quality it won't change that much on frames. But I can play Forza Horizon 5 @ 1440p Ultra with RT and no dlss having more than 130fps average. its just tarkov to me that don't give me this kind of fps.

@@raphaeme mate have you tried 3DMark test? You can find this in Steam. We can compare results afterwards to see if they differ a lot on your PC and mine. 1440p resolution. My RESULTS from 3DMark was: Time Spy Score 19044, Graphics score 21345, CPU score 11823, Estimated game performance (Battlefield 5,1440p Ultra) is 195+ FPS. @raphaeme I hoipe this is useful for you ;)
