It's hard not to say a 10 out of 10. I'll say 9.5 only cuz the CGI but it kinda make sense with how fast the flash is going people will look distorted 🫠 but I love it

Also, it wasn't only democrats who sent Obama to the white house. He received plenty of votes from registered republicans and independents. He landslided the election. The COUNTRY picked him. So under your presumption that Obama is unintelligent, intelligence is a non-factor for the COUNTRY, not for democrats.
