Thank you for another great analysis video! Some feedback on your English: You can't say "[Somebody] bully this black". You need to say "[Somebody] bullies this black group". You can only use "White" and "Black" as subjects when it refers to the players. So "black group" or "Black's group", but never "this black". Not a biggie. Depending on the ruleset AI is actually correct. At least in AGA we have whole board repetitions and both players would be forced to continue, HOWEVER historically TD's have called the game a draw.

If you showed the player picture to people you could say it is from like 1993 and they would believe you. Crazy .

The rule should simply be that it's illegal to repeat a board position.
