I've a Floridian my whole life and I'm old man now I grew up around Weeki Wachee and Aripeka First the Insurance rates in Aripeka Fl. Are the highest in the USA. The area and spring Hill Fl. Has a large insurance Fraud's in that area so that's why the insurance rates are extremely high there. Plus it on the west side of US19 anything on the west side of US 19 is a flood area those houses in there will be so expensive for insurance. I use to swim at Roger park with the old tree rope off the bridge and the current will take you under the bridge and then you come out the other side and cross the road and do it again. The tree and old bridge is gone.

I dislike the carpets.

Why don't you give a price. This is important for something who has a bugger.

This day and age laminate countertops are a real buzz kill. Liked the second house better than the first, that first one had no windows in either bathroom and that's a red line for me. Thanks for sharing these though.

Nice job! 1st and third house really low end finishes (carpet in living areas, formica, no tile tub in seconds bath). Second house alot better except for 2nd bath. Builders can charge $5k-$10k more and provide quality finishes! Builders are very short sighted!
