Kilcullen Community Action commissioned The Paul Hogarth Company to co-create the Kilcullen Design Statement. It is hoped that this County Kildare Leader Partnership funded project will result in a practical and useful resource and ensure that the voice of Kilcullen is heard and acted upon.
James Hennessey presents the analysis of their recent public survey which had an incredible 629 responses. This survey and subsequent public consultations will help deepen the understanding of what a Design Statement for Kilcullen will look like and successfully capture the shared aspirations for the town.
Next steps will include thematic workshops before the publication of a Draft Design Statement and the second public consultation process, ensuring that everyone can contribute significantly and meaningfully before the Kilcullen Design Statement and Action Plan is finalised and launched later in the Spring.
