the car was purchased as a certified pre-owned vehicle with about 40K miles on it. within the first 1500 miles I experienced thermostat issues, front camera issues, battery replacement, and a couple of other issues. I hope in the future I will feel happier.

Do not use any type of coolant sealer. If there's a leak, find out what it is and fix it the right way...... Those radiator stop leak chemicals will plug up one part or more of the cooling system......... Have a leaking heater core and now I've got worse problems because my temp gauge doesn't read correctly, the heater core is almost all plugged up so the coolant won't flow into it and the damn thing still leaks.

I bought one in 2019. The tires have been issues …Now it’s 2025 and it’s still going strong …

This model has the most complicated "infotainment" system ever devised by man. I would avoid Buick for this reason alone. Instructions must have been written by someone in a foreign country because they make no sense at all, even our salesman could not explain how to use the system for something as simple as storing the (allegedly) 60 station it can store, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. I have never had to deal with a system this complicated, it renders the entire thing totally useless.

Can't you all just say it, the man is a liar and just looking for a hype. bought my xt5 platinum Nov 2016 it's now 2024, backup camera module went one and was replace under warranty, car still runs like new my next car is a Mercedes but this XT5 will be my beater until it's done. At 72 000 kilometers i change all fluid and service differential as recommend by owners manual battery still start every time but need to change soon as start and stop doesn't work any more, battery need to be optimal for start and stop to work, but i will only change this battery when it's not able to start the engine any more.

My personal opinion. Don't buy a suburban or tahoe newer than 2014

Power steering lights and brake lights flashing and steering wheel was super hard to turn. It's been in the Chevy shop for 2 weeks now and they can't figure it out....
