humidity is the water vapors in the air. so if those vapours settle on your books, they get affected by it and it may cause deformity in books. people usually use dehumidifier for these, but it is expensive so, in my opinion silica gel is cheap and effective, they are reusable as well. so yes, if you are living in a place like kerala you defo need to protect your books from humidity

Should i complete a manga series then buy next or try to complete multiple series at a time? What's your advice?@@RaySensei.

@@RaySensei. In 2018, this was just called "Bookmark" in EA mall and not "Crossword" while Crossword continued to exist in Nexus Vijaya mall. Btw, Nexus Vijaya mall is my favourite mall because of the top floor.
@@Rasthro yes I know, later bookmark became Starmark, it is only recently that it became crossword. maybe crossword has bought him or something. vijaya and phoenix both had crossword before. man I totally forgot the bookmark store. it really brings me nostalgia now that I think about it.
@@RaySensei. I only went to Bookmark one time in 2018 and another time in 2023 for my cousin's birthday after it became Crossword. But in 2019, I went to Crossword in Nexus Vijaya a lot of times before it moved to a new location inside the mall in 2021.

you're lucky bro they have atleast dedicated original manga corner, in my city there are only knockoffs they sell in the name of manga for 100rs😅😅😅, the new manga readers gets fooled easily by cheap price. ex:- my friend got scammed by this cheap knockoff, and now his manga is falling apart
you should avoid buying from road side shops some shops may contain real gem but it's rare right now. visit crossword that is near you in your city they might have real mangas

Some mangas in the half price section don't even have the half price sticker, which means somebody kept them there from another shelf. In my City one crossword had this aswell having comics and mangas in half price but by the time I went to purchase it was gone, like zero.... somebody probably bought the whole shi

@@INDIANJOYBOY69 if we dont include berserk I have to go with vinland saga and flowers of evil * Although Vinland saga does not have much of a story it still has one of the best character development. it has a very detailed artwork, and the fight are very fluid plus the adventure part is really good * flowers of evil is one of the best psychological manga the first half of the series really gets you messed up and this one is special to me cuz for whatever reason I was able to relate to the mc. the manga itself does not have much words, so most of the story is depicted through the artwork. the reason why it's my favorite is the second part of the series, the character development of all the main characters who played a huge role in the first half gets one hell of a character development especially the mc. him recovering from his trauma and trying to have a good life is just perfection. some of my manga like blame,20th cb, monster aren't complete so I didnt take them into the account as for berserk and one piece I havent read them yet 😆😅
