EAT C-Sharp Turntable: Unboxing & Overview
A look at the superb C-Sharp turntable from European Audio Team, one of the most highly rated and reviewed models in the line. The design starts with a super thin base built up of two sections, offering incredible stiffness and setup flexibility. Like all other European Audio Team platters, this one is high-mass and built up of two bonded materials: machined alloy and vinyl. This allows for the advantages mass adds to speed stability, with both the greatest energy transfer from the record while quieting via the dual materials.
"The EAT turntable performed so superbly and was so inexpensive that the audiophile may build a near state of the art system with the C Sharp at its core. How about that: phono reproduction with amazing sound, easy to setup and tweak, and all at reasonable cost!" -- as reviewed by Positive Feedback at positive-feedback.com/reviews/hardware-reviews/eat-c-sharp-turntable

For technical support on any Okki Nokki RCM, get in touch at okkinokkiusa.com/pages/support A VERY old video, but still a helpful one! Excuse the typos. Yes, it's really this simple to adjust the platter alignment on older Okki Nokki record cleaning machines (MKII and earlier). If your platter is "eyeball level" and you're still struggling to make the arm parallel with the record, the problem m...

I own a proper high end system. Huge mono amps, dead silent pre, top tier dac, and speakers. Speaker cables are only 100 uk pounds a meter. The sound is exceptional. Staggering. Huge soundstange, depth, height and the tiniest of details crystal clear. I don't t think anything more can be added. Just 100 uk pounds a metre for speaker cables ... bargain . These Atlas cables cost thousands a short pair. They have a lot done to them . I beieve, that is all is designed to make you believe they do something exceptional. That hand stiching. What a joke. This is the problem with hifi cable companies. They are misleading consumers. Buy the best electronics you can afford or want to spend. Dont fall for this cable thing. Its a ripp off. Electronics are not a rip off. The more you spend there, the better the sound. Big powerful amps can control speakers, its not about volume output. These cables, in my opinion, are extremely poor value for money. I doubt they could identify their own cables in a blind test. A small company USA cable maker on TH-cam failed to identify his expensive cables everytime in a blind test. Search for it and you will see.

😂😂😂 what a joke…. I owned 20-30000 dollars set up when I lived in Tokyo… you will never see high end fans like japan anywhere in the world… even the biggest traders like onoden, tereon in akihabara Tokyo which sells million dollar setups. Over the counter..they never ask clients to spend crazy money on accessories. Those people they are fascinate of what they do, what the love and what they sell and they live with it, there golden rule to me from any of those big showrooms…NEVER SPEND MORE THAN 10% of the whole setup cost for accessories. If you have money upgrade the equipment..not cables.. this cable is a bloody joke …. What a pure leather jacket on a cable does to the sound quality?….?..? Common guys ?….nexus what? Replacing all the shells of you amp and others with carbon fibre? 😂😂😂😂

Beautiful turntable. Powered by a rubber band, uck. You would think they would make a badass direct drive unit that will run forever and never need a new rubber band. BTW, I think this is a bit of overkill, buying a $4,000 turntable to play my $3.50 records I bought years ago.

Thanks for looking, and to each their own! Many high-end turntables still use belts because they're fantastic shock absorbers, efficiently isolating the platter from irregular movement of the motor, even when the motor is in very close proximity.

All this for this turntable instead of making two videos it should be one it would be helpfull to see how counter wieght and antiskating is hooked up this looks expensive and I am sure it was not 100.00 dollars so if you want people to properly set this up 1 vid should be done ,I will say it is a beautifull TT but the belt looked too thin for me and it kind of stretched far too easily for it to last long when the platter alone is ten pounds I can imagine sub platter is not light at all and you got to add the drag of tonearm as it plays record will add to stress of belt ,not impressed with this turntable for me to even think of getting one too audiophyle for me sorry JRo

With all of the engineering involved in turntables one would think a FULLY AUTOMATIC DIRECT DRIVE TURNTABLE complete with an attached dust cover with little, or no tonearm vibration interference could be possible. It seems these companies, and their engineers aren't actually interested in the future of their technology. There are still turntable manufacturers that build them without a phono preamp. Paying big bucks for a turntable only to pay EXTRA for another product to be able to use it is TOTAL BULLSHIT. Imagine buying an electric car, but you have to put it all together before you can use it. That's what you get from this turntable, and notice there's no mention of PRICE.

Mmmmmmm you seem to have no understanding of the high end.. And there are people who love putting cars together.. Just because you can't afford something doesn't justify your outburst.. It's why I like direct drives. Chuckle all you like, and spend thousands on turntables if you like, but the people pushing all of these HIGH END tables know there's fools like you out there and they're the ones laughing all the way to the bank.
