Derek started playing his guitar one evening, and a melody line just popped into Sue's head.As the piece evolved, Derek wrote a part of the melody line. It's truly a work of two minds joined to a beautiful piece. It took over a month to get it the way we wanted it to sound, and then of course, the recording after recording until we got it right. This piece is not perfect; however, it's inspired, and beautiful. We purposely left our short comments to each other on the recording at the very end. We're human, this is "not" A1, and we're very pleased with it. It was an absolute joy every time we played it together. And the evening that we got our final cut, was an evening to remember...
