Welcome to my channel, which is mainly about 3A yoyo technical analysis and type theory! I've been playing 3A yoyo since December 2021, and I am a PhD student on PL & type theory since August 2023.
3A tricks with 4+ clicks: demonstration of how composite clicks work
Note: different judges click differently. The purpose of this video is to show how the trick score is CALCULATED, e.g. which factors are considered to contribute to the total click of that single element. I'm not saying those numbers are the absolute standard!

Body Turning undermount at 0:50 should be +3 T.T So hard to catch with that flow and speed
Only one yoyo moved, this trick is in theory +0. But I think it's so cool and so hard so I'd give it +2

Great analysis as always! Does a behind the back trapeze score +1, +2 or +3? I guess so far any of the freestyles analysed did this trick.

I just checked. I prefer doing the 2016 freestyle. The 2015 one has too many mistakes and the tricks are the same

It feels like a curse for Hajime to compete in Cleveland lol, both years he had a bit of a choke(3a for 2024,4a for 2019) and did the same exact mistake for his ending in 3a for both years.
I think he did exceptionally well in 2019 in terms of 4A, but I do agree that seeing the same mistake in that zontal combo is kinda funny

@tizusa so 3a has been my goal the last couple of years, but better is certainly subjective considering 1a is by far the most popular style
